This location is out of business and this app allowed me to make a reservation anyway. Imagine my surprise when I showed up for a Valentine's Day dinner with my wife and the place was out of business. They lost my business at all locations for good as well as I will not use the open table app any longer.

The restaurant is not open. I show up on Valentines Day with my wife and the place is closed. Two other couples were there as well. I can't believe open table allowed me to make a reservation and confirmed the reservation the day of and the place was closed. Luckily I have been married 40 years so my wife and I could laugh at the situation. The other two guys were in trouble. Makes it hard to trust the app for important occasions. However I have used the app at least 40 times without an issue. But for big stuff not so sure anymore.
Horrible and very disappointed!! Drove 45 minutes to a closed down gutted restaurant that does not exist ! How can they have reservations still available on open table and phone lines taking reservations as if business as usual is happening there? So much for a special Valentine dinner experience ....

For once a service deserving of the praise Drew was all over it with the food and a master of mixed drinks. Not too much for mixed drinks guy mainly a beer guy so I had Drew surprise me with a mixed drink and ended up having 6 of them (not driving we live right down the street and new years eve so we walked). The one thing that maybe i would give them a 3 on is not enough choices of beer. It's a little pricey but considering the customer service that we've been getting at other establishments lately i was more than happy to pay a little extra. We will definitely go back probably sooner than later and give Drew a raise!!!!!!

Nice place. Wide variety of good looking food. Dynamite Shrimp was excellent. Would have rated higher if they had some craft beers. Beer list was very limited. Strange since they had a considerable wine and really good craft cocktails list. Live music on weekends was good. This was first time. There are several other things I'd like to try on menu. Waiting for Norco location to open. Will likely be regulars, especially if they get some craft beers. At least a handful. I assume it would draw more customers and certainly would be in line with the restaurant theme and menu.

I would rate 5 stars if I could, but I can't let what happened tonight fly. After taking 3-4 bites I realized my meatloaf was still wrapped in some kind of plastic film. The cook came out an apologized but that's it. Never was offered another plate or refund, i was just relieved from my plate. I understand mistakes can happen with a busy kitchen but you rectify promptly, an apology doesn't suffice. Thank God for the beautiful bartender that made this place worth while. She deserves 5 stars ?

Food is good, service was scarce and they brought appetizers and salad together with our food. Monkey rolls had no fried banana and lots of peanut butter.

We came in Saturday night for dinner as first time guest. The restaurant had a small crowd, but not busy at all for a Saturday night. We chose to sit on the patio. The first red flag about this place was when we chose a seat on the patio we were asked not to sit there and we asked why and the waiter/manager had no explanation. However, 10-15 mins later another couple comes in and sits at the exact table with no issues.It takes forever to get drinks.. Let alone food. However, the drinks were very good. We ordered spinach dip which was ok.. Steak, shrimp, lobsters and a chop house burger with a side of bbq sauce. It took entirely too long for our food to come.. To come with no utensils and having to wait or get up and get what you need for yourself. Not to mention the waiter/manager put my burger order in wrong and proceeds to go back and forth with me about what I ordered. Then states you ordered the smoke house burger. THAT'S NOT EVEN AN OPTION ON THE MENU. then states I thought you were ordering from our old menu.. HOW? This is my first time here. Just say you got the order wrong. I specifically asked for the chop house burger with a side of bbq because it doesn't come with bbq and I still didn't get the bbq. I didn't even touch the burger!We requested a refund on the some of the items because the steak was terrible. It was very burnt and not seasoned. Also, by the time we got utensils the food was cold. The waiter/manager tried to over charge us. The menu had one price and he came up with his own price. He had to correct the bill twice and didn't want to bring a revised receipt. Only a cash refund. We left the money.. It's really not about the money, it was the principle. Obviously this place needs it more. Not to mention the condescending comments when we ordering the food. The service here is terrible.. The first time guest next to us had a terrible experience as well.This is not how you run a business. My husband asked the waiter/manager was he ok because he was terrible and his explanation was he was tired and had been working all day. It's funny because we had been working all day running a business as well, tired and decided to go have dinner just to end up at five guys immediately after.I will never return of recommend anyone to come to this establishment. I will mention the lady with the dark hair that works the patio was the only one that had some sense of customer service. But if the waiter was actually the manager that served us.. They will be shut down again and hoping for a re-re-opening. Please believe the reviews before wasting your time and go some where else.
Wow! The new menu is awesome! So many options I don't know where to start. I love a restaurant that's not afraid to change and evolve. The new Happy Hour specials are the best in town. I love the patio and live music. Everyone that works here is friendly. The chef came out and asked me how the food was. Now that's passion! The tacos are amazing! I could eat them breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meatball sub felt like it weighed 10lbs. It was huge! We had to split it. So many good things here we have to come back. Come check it out. Plenty of parking.

What caught my eye is how Chophouse 363 illuminates the whole shopping center. The bar was full and and the food was another story. I'm from LA and it's hard to find good Quality food that's fulfilling in the I E but man the steak and mashed potatoes was so good, i had to get dessert unfortunately they was out of peach cobbler so I settled for the chocolate fudge cake with a side of ice cream cake, ( I'm not a chocolate cake lover) but omg delicious. In addition to that the wine bottle was half off. I enjoyed it so much I had to order more food to go for lunch. Thank you to the helpful bartender and waiter.

Always a great time at Chophouse! Excellent bar area, kind of an industrial setting inside, but either take out service, or dining in...the service is always friendly and timely. Try the patio when the temps are perfect, for a nice open air dining experience. Great to ride our bikes to diner and park right outside their patio to enjoy some cocktails with friends. Would like to see a few more vegetarian options on the menu. Over all, great staff, food is always delicious.

I am totally impressed with this restaurant. The meal options and drink selections are phenomenal. The food is amazing and the chef is a visionary. Try the beef tacos you will be a fan. The staff is professional and very polite. We need more private owned restaurants in our neighborhood. Please support this establishment.
