We had fun at my girl’s birthday party. All her friends enjoyed it!
We waited almost two hours for one pizza manager on site who was of no help. There were many people waiting more than me, which is ridiculous, especially if they are aware that weekends are extremely busy.
Buy the Gold Pass split the 250/day tokens onto 3 cards. 3 kids go 1-2 times a week and it's $13 for a X-Large pizza w/ the 50% off. They each get ~83 tokens on a card lasts for 1-2 hours and eat pizza. Cheap, easy, kids have a blast and kids get a stamp so they can only leave with me.
What's to say but it's for kids and the workers you got to love them

The staff is not very friendly. When you try to ask a question they look bothered. Also there's nobody to stamp our hands when we enter and nobody to check when we leave. Anyone can walk out with a kid because they don't check.
Fun place for kids. But there salad bar it’s was low on food and not like before. But kids do have fun here

So I recently went an seen they moved some stuff around an added like a little park inside but 15$ a child on top of the games is pretty overpriced... especially cause alot of the kids playing on there don't even have a wrist band an are older kids. ...
Also some of the games that have been broken I see they still haven't fixed them... also you only get like 2 or 3 tickets per game now...
As for the food... pizza was ok not as I remembered it but decent.... an the meatballs are like 8 or 7 for 16$... an what made no sense an was disappointing is the plate of fries for 6$ an its just like 12 fries....
Whoever also dressed as Chuckee just came out for like 3mins an went back it not too exciting.. .. maybe it was the location or just chuck e cheese... but this place is trash now.....

Pizza is very good. The receptionist lady and the man who stamps hands act like they hate their job. Arcade games are outdated. Not much to play. I would not come again!

Love the pizza. My grandson has lots of fun there. Always packed so they need more counter staff. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It's very clean. Restrooms clean, kid have a good time. Thr jump pass got really expensive and if you have multiple kids it's really sucks in price.

Our first visit to this Chuck E. Cheese was extremely disappointing. I told Karla I’m a Gold Member and that many of the games I came to play using my own card were down. I explained that it felt pointless to use our points that night, especially since we drove 35 minutes just to give the kids a new experience. We could have easily gone to the one closer to home. Karla made it clear there was nothing she could do and kept repeating that my points would reset the next day. But that wasn’t the point, and she completely missed that. Her attitude was cold and dismissive. She made the situation about herself instead of focusing on the children.
Marc, the mechanic, wasn’t any better. My son swiped his card on both sides of two different coin games that didn’t work. Marc gave him only one point back and said he only had one left on his card. Instead of saying he would go reload or fix it for my son, he just brushed it off with no care or empathy. It felt like we had to beg just to get back what we already paid for.
To make things worse, we waited over an hour for our pizza, and when it finally came out, it was wrong. We had to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct it. The drinks were flat, and no one offered to fix or replace them. Again, no effort to make it right. It felt like our whole visit was a waste.
The only person who seemed to care was the chef, who stayed focused and respectful even with all the chaos going on. But management and the floor staff, especially the mechanic, seriously need to do better.
We have had way better experiences at the Chuck E. Cheese near our home, and after this visit, I truly appreciate how great that location is. We will never be back to this one.
