Bro wth I ordered six to buy chocolate brownies and it took them so long to order over one hour and then after that they told me that my order was canceled so now I don’t even think that my cookies will come…
My experience today at this location was absolutely terrible. I was having issues with the app where I wasn’t able to check in for my order so I went in person to check in and the girl helping out her name was Anna. She was giving out peoples orders but mine. I had ordered 2 Dubai chocolate and she was giving them out to other people but not taking into account I had came in first than the other people. After 20 mins of waiting I went up to the one of the co workers that had just clocked in and she was super sweet and took care of the situation. Anna took no accountability and just clocked out. After waiting for like an hr a blonde girl gave me the box all dirty with chocolate all over the box
