I ordered a Giftcard and they gave me a Giftcard that had dried-up food residue on it and was dirty. It was put in a small bag that is why I didn't realize until we drove away. So we came back and they told us all they could do was try to clean it for us. Why in the World would you ever sell a Customer a Filthy Giftcard that was probably going to be a gift for someone. Like mine was going to be!! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED by this service. And the woman who sold it to us, all she could tell us is it's still good/we could still use it. GROSS! Can you believe it??

They gave me fry that are still frozen…. And didn’t want to give my money back for that wrong doing. Not happy corporate relationship look over this place hanging up on people multiple times as I was trying to talk to them as well.

The night crew needs help almost every time they get there order wrong or never have syrup for soda.. today the system was down but order and money taken just to get it wrong and still have tomatoes I’m allergic.. you literally have to check and open order before pulling off

I received my order approximately 10 minutes ago and was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The carne asada fries had no meat and the sour cream appeared spoiled, which is particularly concerning as I have an autoimmune disease, and consuming spoiled food could have caused severe health issues. The crunchy tacos were not up to standard and were quite unappetizing. The Sprite had an excessive amount of ice, leaving mostly water and no proper carbonation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it raised significant concerns regarding both food quality and safety.

Hadn't had del taco for a while, food was good & customer service was great!
My man Billy holds it down in the graveyard shift. Half the time it’s just him and he still works hard getting out all the orders on time. This guy deserves a raise and I hope the store manager and owner read this. There’s another del taco next to my house but there never as fast as this even when it’s just Billy by himself. God bless you brother

Del Taco: What can I say, it's Del Taco. It's okay, a change of pace. Usually a mid experience. Tried the bacon chicken burrito. They said "pull over," it needed to be made fresh. My first bite in, I noticed the cheese isn't melted. The second bite in, I'm wondering why I still haven't tasted bacon 🤦. I mean, it's a bacon chicken burrito. Bacon is the first thing mentioned 🤦. As I said, it's "ok." The server was friendly, though 🤷, so that's a plus.
Absolutely horrible. Half a large fry and half a bag of chips and all hard tacos instead of. Soft tacos. Cold fry’s way to salty. More sauce than fry’s and chips combined 27$ later! Do better uneducated over priced workers

I like Del Taco as a fast food location. Not much to say other than this location is a drive through at a gas station. My only issue is they do over cook the fries everytime I order here.
