Today was the worst food and service here! My food was barely lukewarm, fries were unsalted, bean were cold, they doused them in cold red sauce, the cheese was still cold and the cheese to bean ratio was scant! I was down to my last $6.00 and needed a snack for my son and I. What a disappointment! AND when I opened the bag I saw they put the fries upside down so they were all over the bag with an empty carton on top. My child is still in diapers so I needed to hustle home to change him or else I would have gone in to talk with them and get a refund or something. I am typically a Del Taco gal. But this location has been disappointing for a few months now

I’ve been to this location multiple times recently thinking it was just an off day for them and I have to say it’s consistently the worst one I’ve been to. Every time I get cold fries, lukewarm warm chili, tacos with a speck of meat, little to no cheese on tacos or chili cheese fries. With prices like they are, I’m never coming to this location again and I really like del taco.

Went and got a bunch of tacos from Del Taco today and got home and opened them up and this is what I got inside of my tacos........no meat wow the lady had the audacity to tell me that there's measured out the meat on the tacos is portioned if that's really the case then why isn't it like this at every other Del Taco I've gone to horrible horrible horrible customer service at this one here's a picture for you guys to see what I'm talking about

They get the overflow from in n out ,cause in n out is ALWAYS busy..also my strawberry shake must've been sitting awhile because it was like strawberry milk when I got home. I even put it in the freezer while we ate. Next time I'll ask for the shake to be made last.

HORRENDOUS! I visited Del Taco with my family at 2:30pm on Sunday, June 8th. I was greeted by one staff member and ignored by the rest. While I was waiting for my order I witnessed two of the female employees using profanity and shoving each other. Then proceeded to throw food at each other forcing other employees to clean up after them. I DO NOT know what business allows employees to throw food at each other. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
