I had a very bad experience, the employee was very curt and I called in advance to place my order. They told me that they would try 30 minutes. I arrived 35 minutes later and the employee with a terrible attitude said that I had to wait 40 more minutes when I had already placed my order online.

It took 40 minutes to get the pizza plus 10 more minutes when I ordered it so 50 minutes to get my pizza. Bad service, the tiny lady on the front. She don't know how to read orders she order People around she don't wanna work. Bad service, close that store or put people capable to do better service.

I just moved to the area and I am a loyal customer of Dominos for many years . I have never been Treated with so much Disrespect like I was by the store manager Daniela. I have been waiting for my pizza for over 3 hours; 45 minutes into the order. I called and she told me that she did not place the order. Then an hour and 15mins later . I called back and she said she marked it for carry out when she asked me twice if it was for delivery. She told me it will take 20 mins. An hour ago. But her attitude from the beginning has been very rude.
Poor customer service. Don’t know the big guys name but he is extremely rude. Upon entering he was already having trouble dealing with another customer. That should have been my sign to turn around and walk out. This place needs a lot of employee retraining

ordering online was simple and the delivery driver had awesome customer service skills. Biggest downfall was the overcooked tater tots. Who ever okayed this to be delivered is dominos biggest Op. honestly, killed the whole experience. wont be ordering from this location any more
Placed a pickup order on the way back to Arizona. The order was ready on time and the food was just how I ordered it. Friendly staff when I walked in to get the order. Would stop here again.

The website was very easy to use to order, the delivery driver was one of the nicest people you could meet. The pizza was garbage. I have been trying to find good pizza and this is not the place. My pizza was burnt pretty badly around the edges and it did not taste very good. Even later on when I was just eating the cheese and topping off the pizza, it still did not taste very good. Oh well.
