Got the barbacoa and carne asada burrito it tasted homemade. It wasn't bad, the meat didn't have a smell or taste weird. I've never had barbacoa de borrego so I don't know what to compare it too. I would come back to try birria and probably other things :)

My wife and I went there and ordered a simple Ceviche Tosada and a Carne Asada Burrito.. The tosada was not bad.. but wen they brought my burrito it was really bad.. the meat was more than 2 days old.. cheap meat and they forgot to add other things I asked for. So I go and show it to them and I tell them this meat is bad and u forgot the other things I asked for.. (I'm sure they weren't gonna forget to charge me) so the cook says ok.. but looked at it like there was nothing wrong. I can't believe they'd sell a 15 dollar burrito with hard meat.. to someone. They shud be ashamed of themselves.

So far every dish I have tried is great, the service is kind of slow, you need to ask repeatedly for something including the check when it is time to leave.

After reading the reviews, you either love it or you hate it. It's a mom & pop shop. The waitress seemed nice & friendly, she took care of us. Ordered the steak picado it was great. Meat was cooked perfectly. The sauce, onions, and peppers were also great. The flour tortillas were freshly made. Ordered the birrari taco's and a taco salad which were also great. We were there on a Friday night and looked like some family and others were going to start the karaoke. It was all in Spanish and they sounded good. Don't know if they have English versions. Nice cultured experience.

We arrived at 1:00 and the bad-tempered waitress ordered 1 barbecue taco to try and a consomme, and they made a lot of money for that small order!! When he brought the order he did so reluctantly, I explained to him that I was going to order all the food after trying it and he got upset. Sorry but the food is inedible, the barbecue was swimming in old oil and almost frozen and the consome looked like dirty water and tasted very bad. I'm sorry for the review, I don't know if all the comfort in the place is the same. I told him I would leave the whole meal for him! because it tasted bad and still paid and the woman was still very upset. What a shame for that reason I think it is empty.

Good luck if you go in the morning, they don't have staff and they take too long, apart from the bad character of the waitress.

We parked in an available parking space directly in the front and were asked by a lady who claimed that this was her restaurant to not park there because, "that's my restaurant and my parking space!"

We were there Tuesday, Sept. 6. At 10:30 a very hot and smelly place we asked to be outside at the tables and they reluctantly answered that we had to eat standing up. We couldn't use the chairs. The tacos we ordered were cold meat almost frozen. The horrible consomme looked like water from mopping the floor. To which I told the lady that I didn't want the meal. Angry, she asked me what the reason was. .total I only paid for the tacos and the drinks, not the consomme. But it got very annoying, I'll never come back

FOR THE FIRST TIME I VISITED HIM TO EAT BARBECUE, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...I ORDERED A COMBINATION OF BARBECUE, RICE AND BEANS, THE MEAT WAS DRIED BOILED ONLY...HE ASKED THE LADY WHY SHE SERVED IT DRY AND NOT WITH GUGITO OH SAUCE, SHE ANSWERS ME WITH ATTITUDE IF I WANT TO BE SERVED WITH THE COMBINATION WITH CONSOMME, I HAVE TO BUY THE CONSOMME, IT COSTS 12:99 I REALIZE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NEXT TO THEM ARE COMPLAINING THAT I OVERCHARGE…I CHECK MY RECEIPT AND ALSO THEY ARE OVERCHARGING ME… PRICE WAS 12:99 HE CHARGED 3:99 PM HE ASKED BECAUSE HE ANSWERED ME THAT THE PRICES ON THE MENU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DIFFERENT PRICES... HE TRIED TO SHOW ME AND THEY HAVE IT IN SMALL LETTERS BELOW THE MENU BUT NOT IN THE PRICE OF THE DISH...
