I ordered a 16 piece meal mixed, and it was $50 and when I drove up to the drive-through to pay, it’s 10% off for seniors, and on my receipt it only said a dollar so I asked her the cashier why only dollar and she said that’s what the cash register told me to give you. So I called them up when I got home and I spoke with the most rudest person that answered the phone and I told her that I bought that mail for $50 and a senior discount for 10% and it only gave me one dollar and she told me the same thing if that’s what the register gave you I said yes but 10% of $50 is five so I should’ve got five dollars off Money is hard to come by and then she hung up on me so rude

Convenient location, friendly employees, good food. This location was busy, but still the employees should be checking on the dining room for cleaning. This seemed to be a corporate location because the prices were not as high as other El Pollo Loco franchise locations.

By the time that you are walking towards Pollo Loco, it smells terrible. Second thing they don’t have lime or salsa. They only have Taco Bell type of sauce on ketchup small packages.👎👎👎👎👎

The chicken was good. The corn wasn't that fresh and the rice. The service wasn't the greatest long lines at the cashier. They need to hire more people to serve you. The place wasn't very clean. The tables we're dirty. They don't have enough parking spaces here. The neighborhood, it's okay. It was really busy here.🍗🌯

What a disappointment in your food, I ordered a double chicken bowl, no chicken, just chicken crumbs, I paid $15 for it, it's not worth going back.

Dream

Terrible. They said order when you're ready, I said I'm ready. Just silence. I said hello and no response. They messed up my entire order. Lady who gave my food never once looked at me. Handed my drink with soda dripping all over cup. They don't listen at all.
