Went to get my pollo bowl no rice today! The young man who took my order, remembered me from previous orders and gladly took my order and went out of his way to make sure that it was correct! Anyone want to guess how much rice the girl in back gave me! She completely ignored the request. Expensive lunch to just throw away on a limited income!

The customer service is always the best here. ALWAYS!!! The stuffed quesadilla is soooooo good.

Parking: There is plenty more of parking. It’s just sometimes a S**t show during certain times of the day in this part of the parking lot. Uhhh

The food is always delicious ? at El Pollo. If ordering take out, Always double check your order before you leave. On one of the salads, I asked for the chicken on the side. When I arrived home, there was no chicken at all ☹️
