I never had a problem with any orders. Caesar and Rosy have exceptional customer service! They also keep the place clean.

Honestly a little upset with the service. I ordered the tostada bowl, and the self checkout wasn't working, so they rung me up on the register. I asked if I would be charged for the other order, and the employee helping me said no. I check my bank account, and it turns out I was charged twice. When I asked for refund it took a while for them to figure out what to do, no apology for charging me twice. Now I have to wait for a refund. Probably won't go to this specific location again. The food was good though.

Horrible sewage smell in their dining room had me not dine in. The dining room was completely empty. The lettuce in my salad was yellow and old and the chicken had rock hard dry pieces and tasted like day old leftovers. Hands down the worst El Pollo Loco I've ever visited.

I ordered a large salad and only received lettuce and chips there was no cilantro or cotija cheese at all so disappointing when I got to my destination to far to go right back

There was no one working the counter. I had to order my family's meal on a computer. They don't have people taking the order.
The prices are going up and you are cutting jobs, that's pretty mean. Cutting jobs to fire humans and replacing them with computers and still raising the price is just greed in full force I feel.

I come here a lot never consistent very bad service
I ordered drive thru a classic chicken tostada and regular chips and guacamole. There is no chicken to be found in my tostada. Not the first time they screw up my order either. Worst pollo loco location. Dont go there.

Picked up some food yesterday with fours sides and a drink. They gave me wrong sides, and sent me off with no sporks, or napkins. Not sure if I was supposed to use my hands to eat and my clothes to clean or not. It's pretty inconvenient when you barely have time to eat because of how busy my work schedule is. It should be second nature to provide those items with your order at the window. Retraining moments.
