So it's good food, but my first time inside. (We usually just use the drive thru)
There was no one working the counter. I had to order my family's meal on a computer. They don't have people taking the order.

The prices are going up and you are cutting jobs, that's pretty mean. Cutting jobs to fire humans and replacing them with computers and still raising the price is just greed in full force I feel.

We have a Pollo Loco near our house but we rather drive a little further to come to this location. The employees are always so friendly and the restaurant clean. Narda helped us today and she was so helpful and friendly!
