Today I tried the grilled chicken salad at 14.00. It was the worst salad I ever had. The chicken was dry and tasted like fish. I didn't even finish eating it. I've had burgers and zucchini, which are great. I opted to try something different and was a huge mistake.

Sept 8 I placed an order via Grub Hub. I get to Farmer Boys and they say they dont have the food bcuz its not on the shelf. I tried to troubleshoot the issue and felt like I was dealing with an employee AND a Manager who were equally stupid. I asked the Manager to confirm the address and not only did she say she didnt know it, she made no effort to find it out. She stood there looking at me as if I don't know it was supposed to be an acceptible answer. Her employee followed suit in giving stupid unclear answers and a facial expression like it was too much pressure to be helpful. I ended up calling grubhub and they refunded but I feel compelled to comment on the stores lack of ability to help a customer troubleshoot.

Came in to this particular farmer boys and was blown away??? once again by good service and wonderful smiles Emily, here is hands down one of the best servers I have seen in this franchises.
