I came here for a Jr cheese burger and pancakes I place the order at 9a.m and when I see my cell phone 9:20a.m I ask the manger I got to go back to work and she tells me it's coming out right now. I nicely ask again I gotta go back to work and with a angry face she gives me my refund back. Customer should never feel or ask more then 2 times to ask for a refund.

This is the second time I got sick from here. This time, it got both my wife and I, and the coomon meal was chili cheese fries. I never leave reviews, but people need to know what they are getting here. Never again. The place always looks empty, and I see why now. However, the place looks clean, but to get ur meal, it takes a long while when there is no other customer.

Food was delicious, but customer service was poor . Stephanie which is the general manager was rude not only to me as a customer but to the cook. Made us feel uncomfortable as she has an attitude with her staff and customers.

Was down Chino hills Way visiting a friend and we went out for a late breakfast at this new Farmer boys which is been there about a year. I had the three egg breakfast my friend had. The California omelette everything was delicious!
They have decent food but are incredibly expensive, and then they missed several items on my drive-through order, and I had to come all the way back and go inside to get it corrected. Got a really lame reason ? for skipping out on half the order.

Just order a regular meal combo burger and fries. There are only people in drive through ordering and all dine in got their orders, but it took me almost half hour to receive a simple combo. I got a little bit mad cuz a lady after me to order with special request even get hers before mine. So I went to the counter to ask for my order then they finally realize I am still waiting. After that, I finally get my order to go with an extra sorry fries. This FB really need to improve in many different things.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I went through the drive through and they were in such a rush they didn't answer any of my questions. They got my order wrong even after I corrected them 3 times. The food was ok but definitely not worth the price. They need to communicate better and relax cause no one is rushing them.

I ordered a 3 piece kickin chicken meal. For those of you who don't know, it's a promotion they have going on and the chicken strips are different than the ones they have normally on their menu. Not only did they give me the normal ones, they were cold. My fries were also cold, and I wasn't given a receipt to receive my rewards in the app. They just wanted to rush me out of the drive thru.
