So giddy I was finally able to go here! I have been watching their instagram and have been trying to figure out when to go, because I don't want to go and they don't have want I have been wanting to try if I go late in the day. So they are only in cravings on Saturday and Sunday at the chino location. I planned to go early when they open on the Saturday. AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! They had all stuff I have been eyeing and took pics of. The service was excellent. I told him it was my first time and he explained all the products and that they don't use artificial flavors. So the guava, mango etc taste like real and fresh not artificial. The best mochi donut was the mango. The Ube guava butter cream rolls are such a treat and good if you put it in the microwave for about 15 secs. And the egg tarts as SO my comfort food. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you fill...I was filled with sweets!

MUST READ...This Fillbake is a Pop Up Location. Fill bake uses this shop area when they have their Pop up on weekends. Follow their IG for updates 5.18.23I came here, 2nd time to Cravings. Love Fill Bake. One of the Best Mochi donuts for mee in their newest Fullerton & original Newport/Costa Mesa Location. Their Mochi donuts are really soft, chewy & have scrumptious flavors.Located inside Cravings Food hall by 99 Ranch Market

Ordered the chocolate chip and Ube pie. Chocolate chip was chewy and chunky, just the way my wife likes it. The Ube pie was really good. There was a layer of purple Ube and regular custard underneath. Really rich and creamy. Highly recommend everybody tries this pie.

This place did not disappoint! I wanted something sweet this morning and I got the perfect amount of sweetness and texture from their mochi doughnut. I got the Pokémon one it is pineapple flavor. It was not too sweet and it was nice and moist. The only downside was that they didn't take cash which was all I had as they didn't have change so I just let them have the change as good luck for their newly opened business so I could get my fatty on lol.

These mochi donuts are the best that I have tried so far. $2.65 per donut is very reasonable nowadays.

*NOTICE* This should be labeled as "POP-UP SHOP FILL BAKESHOP" or taken down as a Yelp Listing since it is no longer available. I stopped by in the evening excited for some donuts, and it was empty. From asking around, it seems their pop up shop was here every weekend for the last month as a special pop-up promo but they are no longer here. I think it's misleading to keep their listing on Yelp ):

Same great donuts as the OG Fill Bakeshop location in Costa Mesa but closer to home! Since this is a pop up location for now (I hope it they stay!), they have some limited items such as their Ube Haupia Crunch cake which is typically only available at their pop ups. The ube haupia crunch cake is as decadent as it sounds. It has a bottom crunch layer that's a bit salty and sweet, a layer of ube and a layer of haupia. The consistency is somewhat like a panna cotta or pudding like texture. The flavors aren't too sweet or overbearing - but it is quite rich and dense - so be sure to share! There is also a tad bit of food coloring to give it that awesome purple color. I also had an ube haupia crunch mochi donut which was tasty. The donut itself is an ube donut and they don't skimp on the ube flavoring on the icing. Lastly - do give their mochi cookies a try! It's like a chewy soft baked cookie. My favorite is the strawberry and cream one. Their desserts aren't too sweet and do give you a nice sense of aloha. Staff was kind and friendly. If you do go to this location - do try t order ahead for pick-up as things sell out quickly. Parking is plentiful in the 99 ranch plaza.

I came in to pick up lunch at one of the restaurants in the food hall and saw this pop up shop. I've never heard of Fill Bakeshop so I decided to try it. The employee said this pop up shop is here every Saturday for the summer. They didn't have much left when I got there. I was curious to try their mochi cookies but unfortunately they were already sold out for the day.I picked up one donut in each flavor they had available: Mango Sticky Rice, Black Sesame, & Ube Haupia Crunch. Omg they are all so good! I love the crunchy topping on the donuts. They were perfectly chewy and the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I like these better than other mochi donuts I've tried. I want to come back next time and try to nab some is those mochi cookies to try...
