After entering the facility, an employee advised "we will be with you shortly." Two additional customers entered. The employee immediately began taking the order of the two customers who entered after us. We were ignored. When we spoke up, there was immediate attitude by the employee. Our order was taken. The other orders were processed and the customers received their sandwiches. Additional customers entered and ordered. They also received their sandwiches. When I began to ask the status of my order, I was told it was being processed. We ordered two small sandwiches. We finally received our order, with continual attitude. Sandwiches are very good, employee's are rude, unprofessional and will cause a decline in business.

The employees and the manager is extremely rude and irate!!! I ordered pastrami with tomato mustard and mayonnaise and a little bit of oil. When I got the sandwich home, I opened it up and it had tons of lettuce on it which I'm allergic to an onion and very few tomatoes it was just made wrong. I called them immediately to tell them And their response was rude saying that's the way that they make pastrami sandwiches with lettuce and all that other stuff on it. Not to mention my wife and I were sitting there for over a half hour waiting for two sandwiches and there is only like two people in there. The employee said just to come in and talk to the manager but they weren't gonna give me any refund or a sandwich. I went and saw the manager and she was so indignant and rude. Like how dare I come and complain that they made the sandwich not the way it was even on the receipt, she said I'm gonna just give you your refund so you can get out of here. Then she grabbed the bag and the sandwich and threw it behind the counter will not be going back to this firehouse subs. I asked her if she or the owner was a firefighter and she said no, I'm just a franchisee. I went here because I am a first responder and would like to support them, but they don't treat people or their first responders with any respect, and I found out that they only give to their foundation, not local fire departments to their own foundation 9% yearly. But it's going directly to them.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a restraunt. Awful food and service. Waited 20+min for a sandwich and they messed it up and waited another 15+ minutes for them to fix it. Not worth the wait since the sandwich was by far one of the worst meals I've had. Didn't order anything fancy. Just a simple Italian sandwich. There was hardly anyone in the restraunt and they had lots of employees barely doing anything. I'm surprised this place is open. Truly in shock.

Have been to Firehouse Subs in the past, actually it's been a few years and have been pleased with the service and the selection of sandwiches. I recently visited this establishment a couple of days ago (10/29/23) and was very disappointed with the sandwiches I ordered (two New York Steamers) and to my dismay when I returned home, I found the sandwiches to only have meat and nothing else when I thought lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. were included nor was I asked if I would like those items to be added to the sandwiches. In hindsight, I regret not checking my order before leaving but things happen. Hopefully this post will at least help others in the future to not assume, ask questions and check their order before leaving.

Y'all. It's been over 30 minutes for my order, and I still have not received my ONLINE order. Waiting inside and there's about 9 other people waiting. They need more staff or management because this is ridiculous.I ordered ONE sandwich.

First time here and there's a huge poster on the menu advertising the Pepperoni Meatball sub. I go to order two and the girl tells me they don't have meatballs! She didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or anything she just laughed and said they didn't make them today. Like what? So then I order the New York Steamer sandwich and there is literally only 3 very thin slices of pastrami. Couldn't believe it, definitely a waste of $12.

There was an item left out of my order. When I called back the rep who answered, Anthony, he mis-handled the call and stuation from the beginning by the way he answered the phone, his lack of enthusiasm, authenticity and customer service, and he became confrontational so I ended up dealing with the manager, Raquel. Raquel and Darian took care of me and my household from start to finish: making our meals, to resolving a minor issue after I got home. Highly recommend, will be coming back. Save for a bad employee who only seems to be there for the paycheck, excellent-fresh-tasty-food. Thank you Raquel and Darian. FYI I had the pizza sub... D-lish!!

I was told by a coworker that their sandwiches were top-tier when compared to their fellow sandwich shops. I took a glimpse at their menu and I was immediately drawn to the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sandwich. The bread, meat, cheese, and sauce were a perfect balance. I went with a medium sandwich just to be safe, but I definitely will want a large sandwich the next time I dine with them.Keeping it real, great & legendary,Ronald Adrian Legaspi@thegreatlegaspi (IG | Instagram)
