Why are y'all closed at 1:30 on a Thursday?

Drove over for lunch at 2:37, and they were closed. That sucked. It wasn't close either, this was going to be my first time trying them, but......no fish bone

This place temporarily closed. So disappointed and angry. I can't believe it. Without warnings

2 fish and shrimp plates, 2 salmon salads, side of fried oysters, and 2 peach pies. Price around $120. It's not worth a single penny of that. Red snapper was very thin, small portions and dry. Shrimp was the best part of the plate. Fries soggy. Salmon salad plate was average. Salmon is still dry. The best part of the meal was the peach pie. Service was slow. Inside was clean. The previous spot was superior to this place. We will not be back, ever.

The service was great I just think they could be a little bit more generous for the prices they are charging.

This was my first visit to this location. I went to the one in Ontario about a year and a half ago but they were closed for so long and I just discovered this location near me. The online reviews were not very good they have a 3.3 rating out of five. Okay so here's my review. I'll start with the PROS first: The fish was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The red beans and rice were surprisingly good, very flavorful. My food was ready in the time that they promised actually a little sooner & piping hot. Now the CONS: Their portions are definitely SMALL for the price. It looks like they took one small catfish fillet and cut it into four pieces. I ordered the catfish dinner for $15.99 which included 1 catfish fillet, 2 sides, & a roll. My sides were hush puppies and red beans and rice and then I decided to order an extra side of fries. Although the fries were good they were way more than a small order. I would have preferred another fish fillet. So my overall rating is a 3.5. The Ontario location definitely gave you larger portions at a better price.

The food was good, service was ok, the ambiance was basic, not someplace I would take a girl on a first date

Food was ok not great, the tardar sauce I can give or take the fish was a bit overcooked (had the snapper) shrimp was good though.

JAYS UP

Jumbo shrimp did not even taste like it was fried. Batter was soggy and fell right off. Shrimp was cold before I finished the first one. Must have took it out of freezer and warmed it up in the microwave. Should've known better when we walked in and it was empty.

False....the catfish as shown are like tater tots. They told me they cut the catfish in 4 pieces, "NOT" What then, you roll them up to look like tater tots and fry them. There is so much to stay but I'll leave it like this...I won't be back!
