Hello friends, my rating was low base on my experience this time in this flaming buffet, in Chino I been in many flaming Buffets in different cities and I leave excellent comments, this flaming buffet in Chino is the worst place in food, variety and cleanes, The sushi salmon, and tuna was poor quality, Crab and shrimp were cold and oily, soup had no taste, all variety of food looks of a por quality. This was a waist of money, I left the place with a bad taste in my mouth I feel that I never go to a flaming buffet again. I'm sorry but it was so bad this time.

Honestly this place isn’t too bad but the food was like cold for example the chicken and meat were just like unpleasant to chew and the atmosphere was just bad the smell was just like bad and the cook needs to do a better job at cooking the food

I visited this restaurant yesterday, January 2, 2026, and had a very disappointing experience. My family and I arrived around 2:30 PM and were eating peacefully. Around 3:20 PM, my son went to get another serving when a waitress came to our table and told us we could no longer get food because it was now dinner time unless we paid the price difference. I felt very embarrassed, especially since this was said in front of my family. Shortly after, another young lady came to our table and repeated that we could not get more food. I explained that I was not done eating and asked if that meant we could no longer get food, and they confirmed that we could not unless we paid the difference. I have never experienced this at a buffet before, especially when we arrived during lunch hours. The way it was handled made us feel uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I feel about this place.

1/3 today I seen the family come in at 2:30 and they were told to pay again because they took their time eating which most of us do to enjoy the food but me and my family will never come here again because it is not fair that we have to pay again when we take our time and enjoy the food that is not fair so I know the other family will not be there so now you have two families that are not going to be there. No more happy new year everyone hopefully no one knows experiences this. The food was cold anyways was not hot and also when we arrived, we had a wait 15 minutes to be seated

Food was horrendously bad. All of the hot dishes are lukewarm, and all of the cold dishes are lukewarm. No matter what you order, your food is served to you lukewarm. This is discomforting considering the raw fish they are serving.
The facility was reasonably clean, but when you walk past the kitchen and use the bathroom and the spectre of food poisoning is ever present. It's not a matter of what dish do you want to eat, it's a question of what dish can you eat and avoid botulism. They don't even label the food at the buffet line...just roll the dice.
This has got to be one of the absolute worst food experiences I've ever had. Would highly recommend against this location.

Honestly I ignored the reviews and came in with my family and took a chance. This place is NOT bad at all. Im pregnant and sensitive to taste would 100%return. Servers were always looking out to refill drinks and accommodated me because im fully pregnant and couldn't sit right in a both. Thank you guys for noticing small details. Will be back soon!

Pretty expensive and food isnt fresh or hot. Its cold not even warm. Egg rolls were doughy and chow mein tasted weird. Service was okay. Fruit was old. It just wasnt good at all for the price.
This place is the best in town buffet and great selection of food and good pricing. Good place to celebrate holidays with your family and they acknowledge the birthday celebrant. Staff is nice, attentive and this place is highly recommended.
