Mr.Pineda strung my father along avoiding the work and then spent the money, that was put down by my father, to work on other customer's vehicles. My father has tried to get his money back but Mr. Pineda won't give it back and lacks any remorse or responsibility. He simply avoids owning up to the fact that he stole my father's mmoney.
