This was busy for a Tuesday after a long weekend. Our server, Rachel, was single-handedly managing all tables swiftly and courteously. She also asked customers to ensure their order was correct before paying. Food was good; service was superlative!
My husband and I came in with one table empty and Rachel was able to quickly sit us down and bring us 2 waters. While my husband and I were deciding what to eat, Rachel was on the move! I am impressed with how well she was managing every table! One minute she is taking orders, the next, she is cleaning up a table followed by bringing food for a different table and finally helping the last table pay since there are other people waiting. This place is no lie the most amazing ramen spot I've ever been to. The service was fine dining quality, the waiter answered every single question with absolute expert knowledge of the menu, and the ramen was so delicious I can't wait to go back!
