Do you want to talk about rude , well I go to pay and they had thee audacity to ask me if I wanted my change [ coin ] .
I have a fix for that if I ever go back oh ill let them keep it then with a follow up they won't forget .

In all my years of ihop eating I had never been to such a great ihop. I thought I had misplaced my loyalty in ihop, began doubting if maybe Denis was in fact the better breakfast place, after going to so many lamentable ihops. It was by pure chance that taking the wrong exit on the freeway that I found this ihop. It has shown me that after all these years my loyalty has in fact not been misplaced and I’ve been rewarded for bearing through so many subpar ihops. This ihop is the holy grail and is the standard of what ihops should be like. Blessed be the hands of the chef who have prepared these organic pancakes. GOD BLESS PANCAKES, GOD BLESS BUTTER PECAN SYRUP AND LONG LIVE IHOP

Horrible customer service, i ordered a omelette at 5 in morning and asked for extra sauce on the side and when i got my food they only gave me a salsa so when I told the rude older Mexican hostess(so you know who)she said thts the only one it comes with so I showed her the menu and asked why ddnt I get any sauce ON it or on the side. She then said I had to pay for the extra sauce (since when?? I) she also stated tht the chefs put the problano cream sauce inside of the omelette not in it (again since when??) so had to open it and show her. After going bck and forth I finally got the sauces for “free”. She wasn’t empathetic when I told her the situation just wanted to “prove “ I got wht I ordered when I didn’t.

The dining experience was good. The menu changes are disappointing. Why the 1 star. Before we even walked out the door my wife and I ran to the restroom with cramps and diarrhea! We ate around 3pm on 10/25. Made it home but still have some diarrhea! The eggs? Old table syrup? The water? Don't know but I know we won't be back

The most horrible experience Ever, I think the only good thing was how we were greeted by a very nice lady. However, where they sat as we had my dad who is disabled. The table wouldn’t go down. The waiter said it was broken. They told us about their special of all you could eat pancakes with omelette and literally didn’t bring any pancakes until they gave us our bill we had to keep asking for things. Our food took over 45 minutes to even get served after being seated. The waiter was very occupied or something cause he Harley checked on us. Our food was sent out wrong.We had to ask for it to go back the wait time for just the food was horrible and then when it arrived, it was not even prepared right. I don’t know if all IHOPs are like this, but because of this experience, we will never be going to one again. I hardly ever write bad or complaining reviews I always love giving five stars or just letting people know how much we appreciate them but this experience was that horrible. I had to write this review.
The only thing I can eat - plant based sausage - is taken off the menu and everyone got their drink order taken and we were barely acknowledged - won't be going back - another restaurant crossed off my list😩

Do not come to this location. The service sucks. After waiting 30 minutes for our food I finally asked where my food was. The waiter tells us that our ticket got lost and they are making the food now. We walked out. The waiter should've realized that we were waiting a long time. He never once checked on us.
