I love coming to this location with my family. I love the service. Great costumer service. Every Saturday after work me and my friends would come to this ihop. Today was the day this restaurant fails. The air conditioning wasn’t working it feels like an oven to be honest.. the servers keep bringing refills. But just the heat is so unprofessional. I know ihop can do better. I hope you guys take this matter serious even the servers were sweeting. Also I was not the only table complaining about this. The couple next to me were kind of uncomfortable! Other than that service was perfect like always.

Our recent dining experience was terrible: we found a hair on our toast, my son's pancake order was initially wrong and then replaced with burnt pancakes, and our food took 40 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, a server spilled a drink on another table, and the manager was nowhere to be found. Go at your own risk.

I do not like this ihop. I came here for a second time a few weeks ago and it disappointed just as much as the 1st time. I ordered a poblano omelette and there was hardly any beef and it tasted like it was made with old cooking oil. Not only that but the tables smell like dirty damp cloth and there’s flies inside. I will never return here.

One of those places you’ll regret coming to for breakfast. Service was the best part. Food was mediocre but overpriced. Hard to find a deal but laying $40 for breakfast for two seems expensive. One meal was a kids meal. Best part is the coffee carafe they leave but it isn’t cheap. Nothing seems to be these days. I’ll pass on IHOP next time and hit up something else like a mom and pop shop.

I recently visited IHOP and was incredibly impressed by our waitress, Serena. She was single-handedly managing all the tables, greeting customers, and even handling the front desk duties. Despite the heavy workload, Serena was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. She checked on every table, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Serena handled everything with such grace and genuine care. Her dedication and positive attitude made our dining experience truly outstanding. She's a real asset to IHOP!
