Spent around $60 for 3 sandwiches + chips. We ordered for pick up through DoorDash and the East Asian employee was so rude to my father when he showed her his order details. Saying we only placed the order for 2 sandwiches when our account clearly showed we purchased 3 including chips.

Such horrible service. Learn how to speak to costumers in a kindly. If you’re in a bad mood don’t come to work just to be rude to customers.

The most vegetarian and vegan options I've ever seen. The vegetarian sandwiches are so good. I highly recommend the PeeWee

I just ordered a Matt Caine gluten free without sauce but I didn’t see how it had godfather sauce. I thought they made it wrong so I called with my concern. The young lady explained the mix up and still offered to give us a free sandwich. This is the kind of hospitality that goes a long way. Thank you for the great service! This was the Chino location:)!

Friendly customer service, 1st time coming here. The sandwiches are very tasty. My French bread was warm, soft and tasty, my Matt Cain Sandwich was tasty and filling.
The Menage A Trio was just as delicious. Warm Sourdough bread, soft. Definitely will return.

Came here for the first time today! Didn’t have any expectations. The sandwiches are huge, delicious and a little on the pricey side. However, they are filling and fresh. My main concern was that they tables weren’t clean and the customer service is a huge disappointment. The 2 young girls up front were bored, seem bothered when asked anything, and not friendly what so over. If I ever come back, I would just take it to go. Was impressed with the sandwiches, but not the place.
