Great food, good prices, and the line moves faster than you’d expect. Always a solid choice.

I’ve been a regular here for over 15 years! I’ve always been familiar with the managers as they rotate and consider the store my family. Jose, the previous store manager, created a great environment! This new store manager (won’t say her name) always has attitude and I’ve seen the way she talks to her employees. Not professional at all and not the In-n-Out standard I love and know. This review is solely for her. Please consider respecting employees and customers more. The last interaction I had with her recently was my last straw and I will no longer be supporting this location.

Visiting from NZ, we were told we had to try it. Sooooo good - food was delicious, all ingredients so fresh, choc shake amazing. And the staff at the Chino store were so friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love In-N-Out—it’s my #1 choice for both value and quality. In these challenging times, it’s one of the few places where my entire family can enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank. I visit at least twice a week, and unlike other restaurants, In-N-Out has never once messed up my order.

Today, while waiting in line, I noticed the young lady taking my order was wearing a festive Christmas pin. Since I collect In-N-Out memorabilia (and was even wearing one of my In-N-Out shirts), I asked if the pins were available for purchase. She explained that they’re for employees to wear during December, but kindly said she would see what she could do. A few minutes later, she came to my car and told me she was able to get one for me, and that I could pick it up at the window.

That small gesture meant a lot—she went above and beyond to make a customer feel appreciated. Experiences like this are why In-N-Out will always be my go-to restaurant: great food, great quality, and consistently outstanding service.

The only negative thing I can say is that at all In-N-Outs, the drive-thru lines are horrendous. Here in Chino, I was waiting to make a left into the line the night before and was told I needed to go to the back of the line—the order taker pointed to the massive line stretching through the lot. In-N-Out really needs to start looking for real estate dedicated solely to their restaurants, with enough parking and space so lines aren’t spilling into shopping centers or busy streets. I’m not sure why there’s never been a large enough facility to handle all the customers, but it’s something worth addressing.
