I went here on 3/23/2025. They got my order wrong, my double double had no veggies inside only patties and tomato. French fries were not bad, employees were friendly and were all busy. Too many customers and very disorganized in terms of atmosphere. I hope they take care of orders properly.

Burger chain restaurant on Grand Ave, next to Raising Cane's and part of the Chino Spectrum Towne Center. They're at the Grand Ave x Spectrum East intersection, have a drive-thru, as well as indoor/outdoor seating.
They're right at the busy entrance of the plaza so parking and walking to the restaurant can be hazardous with all the traffic. Most In-N-Out locations are busy but this place was packed with a line out the door! Hard to find seating.
If you've never been to an In-N-Out, they've got a real small menu but their food is fresh, tasty, and affordable. Service is also almost always friendly👌 They open late, close late, and are closed most holidays.

Person who took my order screwed it up. Asked for 2 plain burgers one with cheese. Got them with dressing. Asked for a Protein style got a regular burger. Took them back and kinda got an attitude for asking them to fix the problem saying I didn't ask for them that way. Not my problem that place was packed with kids and cashier couldn't hear me. I repeated my order and still made it wrong.

Food and service is always excellent, but to find a seat at Chino location is almost impossible, specially during lunch or dinner time. So I never go during these times, to not be miserable holding my tray, and waiting for a seat.

This is the fastest drive thru in the area! I’m out within 15 min. Love it.
