I went to this jack in box at 2am for a quick grab. As I pulled up in the drive through, I called for an employee 3 times, approximately sitting there for two minutes total. It was complete silence. I pulled up to the window, no one was there. Keep in mind all the lights are on and it’s open 24 hours. As I was driving off exiting the drive thru, I was looking in through the windows, looking at the front desk. I’ve noticed some movement behind the counter. So I decided to drive off, exiting the parking lot disappointed. As I left the premises. I went about two neighborhoods down the street, then decided to return back to jack in a box out of curiosity to see if it was my imagination, or there were actually employees there. I drive back to jack in a box, only to see two women exiting the building entering there white car. That’s pathetic.

Do not order any food from this place, the whole environment is dirty, the worker made mistake to the food we ordered online, we ordered the chicken sandwich without bacon online, and find out that they still add bacon to the chicken later on, so disappointed!

Went there today around 4:00pm. Went to the front counter and the young guy working at the front counter took my order but was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I ordered 2 tacos and a small curly fry. He bagged my order up and sort of threw it on the counter and said “bye” and walked away. If you don’t like your job young man then you should've not applied for it lol. Very rude… The tacos were good though. ☹️☹️ Most likely won’t return to this location though.
