Whenever I am on shift and want a sandwich, I go to Jersey Mike's. I love their fresh subs and ingredients. My only complaint would be that I have to pay 1.25 extra for gluten-free bread. Paying extra for an allergy I didn't ask for kinda stinks. But, the food is very good and I love my no. 13 Italian.

ordered through the phone in the evening time, nobody in the store when i got there, but it took way extra than it should’ve been because of the coworkers talking to each other instead of being fast with my sandwich as i’m standing waiting there for it to be made, the bread was wrong, and instead of refilling the mayo bottle, the girl was lazy and just opened the lid and poured it out through the bottle. now all i can taste is mayonnaise.

I recently placed an online order for two sandwiches. While eating, my partner found a hair in his sandwich, so we returned it. Unfortunately, as I continued eating mine, I found a hair as well. It’s extremely disappointing to find such a lack of attention to food safety. This kind of issue is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it to ensure better quality control in the future. This is the best Jersey Mike's in Chino and the surrounding area. The place is always clean, the employees are very nice, the employees function as a team to get through rushes. They communicate with each other so well to make sure everything functions properly. I wish communication was this good at my work. The food is amazing and this is my store. It is a little further from my house but worth it.
