This is the best Jersey Mike's in Chino and the surrounding area. The place is always clean, the employees are very nice, the employees function as a team to get through rushes. They communicate with each other so well to make sure everything functions properly. I wish communication was this good at my work. The food is amazing and this is my store. It is a little further from my house but worth it.

I ordered a sub very delicious ? ?.But I'm very disappointed with the person who was at the registered ,she was with gloves but she wast taking the money ? then she went to tosh the food wit the same gloves ? she didn't changed it the was my only problem ?For the rest I love tha place.

I will not be returning here. Plenty of other stores with way better customer service. Orders have been late and messed up since I have been coming here. My fault for hoping the service will get better. The sandwiches are good, too bad they let the employees ruin it!

The bad experience started the second we opened the door. There were 3 teenagers standing together taking and laughing but the second we walked in, their demeanor instantly changed. They were rolling their eyes and the only thing they said to us was "you ready?" After ordering and adding the toppings, we wanted to add cheese to a sandwich and because that created more work for them, they once again rolled their eyes and scoffed as they walked over to get the cheese. Once we were paying, they immediately went back to their personal conversation that involved lots of inappropriate language. 5/5 food but 0/5 experience. We've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a Jersey Mikes location.
