This was a nice spot to just hang out and have a yummy breakfast/brunch and some coffee. This was more of a self order kiosk and free seating wherever you wanted to! I had the lox bagel which was pretty yummy!

First and last time. Almost $19 for a breakfast bagel and caramel macchiato..? The coffee was disgusting I had to throw it away & the breakfast bagel was not worth the price. The atmosphere I can say was nice and staff was nice as well but for how much I’m paying I would expect the food to be the same. I was sadly

I used to love this place but seems like everything changed and is going downhill ever since she sold the diamond bar location the quality isn’t there anymore or good service, also you have to order on a kiosk screen which is annoying what happened to the customer service!!

I’ve been a fan of Julie’s ever since they were in diamond bar but today was just bad. I was basically finished with my bagel and found a HUGE piece of plastic that I was chewing for a long time. Who knows how much plastic I already swallowed. Im so disappointed as this was my goto bagel spot and when I reported it to the employee they didn’t apologize or care to try to make it right.

Cashier was not helpful. I waited to order and realized people had to order themselves. She never told me. I asked for a receipt, she said she would give me one when our order was ready, never got it. Trash was full, tables
were dirty we dust them off ourselves
$50 for 2 sandwiches, bag of chips bagel and latte coffee. Really!!!!

This place needs more staff. I ordered and iced coffee and it took 30 minutes.

Breakfast sandwich was ok… bagel was soggy after 10 min ride home. Got an Ube muffin & it was literally so TINY for $3.. then I pick it up, it was completely squished, and it had complete rubber texture. I don’t think whoever made it used any activating agent like baking powder etc.. and the pieces of yam were gigantic. Disappointed.

Julie's Cafe Review

Julie's Cafe presents a mixed experience with some notable positives but significant drawbacks. Here's a breakdown of my visits:

**Exterior and Parking:**
The outside of Julie's Cafe is immaculate, and there is ample parking available. They even offer a separate parking area behind a fence, which adds a sense of security and convenience.

**Ordering Process:**
Unfortunately, the ordering process is where the cafe falters significantly. I personally prefer interacting with a person when placing my order, as it ensures my preferences are communicated clearly. Julie's Cafe, however, relies on self-service kiosks for order placement. They have two kiosks, but on both occasions, what I ordered was not what arrived on my plate. This impersonal system fails to capture special requests and preferences accurately, which is frustrating.

**Order Pickup:**
The process for picking up orders is also flawed. When your order is ready, your name is supposed to be called, but both times I visited, my name wasn't called, resulting in delayed pickups. I had to approach the front counter each time to inquire about my order, which is inconvenient and defeats the purpose of a streamlined system.

**Order Accuracy:**
The core issue seems to lie in the communication between the kiosk system and the kitchen. The staff in the kitchen do not seem to be reading the orders correctly from the kiosks. For instance, during my second visit, I ordered a 16-ounce coffee with almond milk and vanilla syrup but received a plain black coffee instead. When I went to pick it up, I was even asked if I wanted a creamer, which indicated they hadn't read my order details properly.

In conclusion, while Julie's Cafe has a clean exterior and convenient parking, the ordering and pickup processes need significant improvement. The reliance on kiosks over human interaction, coupled with the apparent miscommunication in the kitchen, results in a frustrating experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Cute place and the kale smoothie was delish, but…- I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and upgraded to jalapeño cheese, but it was served on a soft and greasy jalapeño cheese roll, not a bagel. I ate half and have indigestion ☹️- no WiFi (only for the workers) and poor cell signal here to use my Verizon hotspotThat kale smoothie was great though, so I’ll be back for that!

I love the pretty decor, delicious bagels, and coffee, so I plan to go often. It's even better to have a cuppa in the morning with friends in a nice atmosphere nearby.
