I ordered through the app and when I got to the store and typed it the code and it was empty, the guy behind the counter said there was a mix up and they have to remake it. Okay cool whatever, tells me 20 mins. I come back and he says there's another mix up and they have to remake it again. Then I asked if I can purchase a soda while I wait and he tells me someone is coming up to ring me out. I hear him tell another employee im waiting and I wait for 10 minutes. I said eff the soda and just went to my car to hopefully get my pizza. Im so disappointed with this.

This is the worse Little Caesars I've EVER BEEN TO. The pizza sucks. Haven't got my order right one time. Long wait times. The workers are VERY RUDE. When I talked to the manager about it HE DIDN'T EVEN CARE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS

ordered an old world facnceroni which describes “over 100 pepperonis all the way to the edge, with crispy crust” but i received the saddest, soggy pizza with about 10 pepperonis in the center of the pizza. also very sad customer service.

Overall the food and the service is fine the issue is that it is actually hotter inside the business that it is outside I think the AC has been not broken but not working optimally for quite some time.

I always have to make sure they make a fresh pizza because they will sell me an old pizza that's cause is crusty, cheese dried up and hard . Just politely ask to see merchandise before buying.
These reviews are scary, everybody has been very nice to me, my pizzas have been perfect, and they have Zap pack shakers. I love this Caesars so far! I place my orders on the phone for pickup so I have never had to wait but they seem to be doing the best they can with all the people that come in, it's always packed.
Thank you all for your hard work! My big back will be seeing you all again soon lol.
