Pros: Good pricing on boba and shipping pricing and IF the shipment arrives, it is in good condition and timely.Neutral: Only AI customer service available, and simply loops to help articles rather than a solution center with people.Cons: Often a portion of my order is damaged in transit and never arrives. I have had success in getting a refund and reordering, but if you are looking for a five star customer service experience, it will likely not happen here.I believe if they simply invested in a few customer service reps they could increase their business significantly.

After waiting 3 hours for my order, the receptionist are the best and make my time go by with any anger issues. All jokes aside, the receptionist/ Front staff are best. They are willing to assist and solve problems if any. Some people forget that this is a warehouse that caters to small to large businesses and sometimes you have to wait. Just like any other business currently, there are staffing issues. Jeanette, April, Jill and Pearl will help you through your endeavors and Michael and Daniel will try to get the warehouse going and get your order ready in a timely manner.

Trash shipper. My APPT is for 11AM and their manager said load is not ready come back at 2PM. When my driver come back at 2PM, he said load was cancelled. Their manager is really trash. .l.

Don’t bother to come early they not gonna load you before prolly women working forklifts are best and helpful if you gotta chance from them they gonna load you early not men worker there! Security is confused park your truck even if he gave you dock make sure from office then back it up otherwise have to hustle few times tight backup spotsUpdate after comment:- SECURITY guy give direction to put it on which dock. Not offending men n women this is my point of view which i suffer in warehouse my stuff was ready n it was in front of my dock thing was he wasn’t start loading until my pickup time is. I went inside warehouse to talk about when to start loading he clearly said after whatever time was n only girl at forklift were working on other docks as i seen. Im not blaming you guys or anything just concern all are equal n give respect take respect

Can anyone recommend another Boba supply business please. It's almost impossible to order from this place. Every time I try to order it's such a hassle. The customer service is terrible. I own a small business and am constantly needing Boba supplies. There needs to be a better company to buy from
