The parking here, is awful. Packed full and hard to drive around. You have to see it to understand. Coffee was cold and bitter at 9am. I would skip and go to another McDonald's.

Very rude drive through employee. Didn't like me do she claimed that she did not have 1/4 pounders with cheese. $20 per hour and she can't treat an elderly man with respect! I suppose she wanted a tip as well
McDonald's is getting way too expensive! Used to be able to go several times a month, not anymore! Can only afford once a month, if that!

They always rushing you out and they don't give you what you need, the worst they don't care
This place needs better control of making their orders correctly. Went to the drive thru and ordered 4 items. Got home and 2 items were missing. I gave them a call and was told to come back and they will give me the 2 items that were missing. When I get there the cashier gives me attitude and told me they’re only going to replace 1 item. I told her why if I payed for all 4. I said let me talk to the manager and all she said was “you can talk to her when she comes:” all these females have foochie faces I swear. All stuck up and rolling eyes for what. Not my fault all you guys messed up the order or are unhappy and then when someone confronts you about it they act all childish. I’ve worked in fast food before so I know how it can be. But to have no type of proper communication and behavior with your customers is unacceptable. All these females need to fix their faces and attitudes and get trained when it comes to dealing with situations like that. I wish I gotten all their names so I can mention them on here. When I FINALLY got my replaced items the gm didn’t even say a word. Shows just how unprofessional they are.

NEVER IN MY LIFE, have I had a single McDonald's EVER get my specific order details correct, no pickles on the burgers, warm up the cookies, That's why I had to make it a point that for the first time ever. I had a McDonald's actually get it right! no pickles an cookies warm, FINALLY a smile on my face:)Excellent staffI only give it 4 stars because it's McDonald's. It's not like you're going into a 5 star restaurant, which. By the way, they do exist, go to Berlin Germany, and your McDonald's will have a fireplace chandeliers. And see you like any other 5 star restaurant.
