Shocking - the ice cream machine is “broken” again….which means they don’t do timely cleaning and sanitation and the auto-shutoff triggered because they did not clean it out in time (that’s the reason behind so many McDonald’s always having their ice cream machines “down”, they are programmed to shut off if cleaning hasn’t been performed for even the minimum required amounts.

This McDonald's location has serious issues with order management and customer service. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my order and asked me to place a new one. The manager assured me that I would not be charged, but my credit card was still billed.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my refund request was ignored and my case was closed without resolution. If you experience any issues here, do not expect McDonald's to help you. Proceed with caution when ordering from this location.

My wife and I stopped at McDonald's for a bite to eat after Church. I pulled up to the curbside pickup and made my order on the app. We waited about 4 minutes before they brought our order out to my vehicle. Their service was fast! Courteous, and friendly. The food was hot and tastee, I recommend this McDonald's to anyone that loves their food.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian so I'm not the one to ask.

I visited this McDonald’s around Midnight on a Sunday. At that time, the McDonald’s app was malfunctioning on my phone, and was not recognizing my coupon. The lady at the window and the manager honored it anyway, despite the app not recognizing it. Outstanding service here and the food was very fresh too! We will be a repeat customer.
There are many McDonald’s nearby so if you’re craving fast food or lucky to have it. They’re very fast pumping out the food in the drive-through. Unfortunately the parking situation is something to be desired, and the only thing that really bothers me is when both lanes are done taking orders the cars have to merge and it’s always a struggle when people are trying to go in front of the other to make it first in line to the window. The food is what you’d expect and the customer service is OK.

Just ordered thru doordash a deluxe crispy sandwich and I used to be a GM for McDonald's and I gotta say in extremely disappointed. My chicken looks like they left it in the fryer for about 2 minutes too long or the oil hasn't been changed, either way in irritated because now my late night dinner taste burnt & I was looking forward to it. This isn't my 1st negative experience from this location either, this is just the 1st time I've decided to leave my review. Being from the industry & from the company I understand things happen which is why I've been reluctant to leave a negative review, but this is 1 time too many. Get it together.
