I have never been to a McDonald's that takes so long to take your order and then make a 1 sandwich. The bacon was burnt too. And the sandwich was cold.

Waited 20 minutes inside because they are serving drive through people first. I have paid the same as a driver through person and and should be considered the same, as i am also a customer. In addition the fits say there for 20 minutes while waiting for 2 hash browns. I was at the counter for 8 minutes and was ignored, the manager kept saying we'll be right with you. Customers inside are the same as customers in the drive through and should be treated with the same consideration.

My elderly parents went in today, and ordered 6 items. When they arrived home, they realized they were missing two items, yet charged over $6.00 for those two missing items. My elderly parents are on a fixed income, but when their grandchildren visit, it’s a special time. $6.00 dollars may not seem like much to many people, but with their fixed income and the cost of living increasing by the minute, I’m sure the employees can take a little time and be more diligent about the service they provide.

I was very surprised for being in a more upscale area, that the dining area was messy. Food and trash on the floor. Each trash bin was over flowing. The food took a long time to get and the first thing my son said when he opened his hamburger was, “Seriously, look at my hamburger completely smashed”. We had only grabbed the bag and when to the car. Unimpressed with the service.

Update on my order after I placed a delivery order for $35 and they refused to include extra pickles my order arrived with four different sandwiches from the burgers I ordered and I’m VEGETERIAN so I can’t even eat them :) but they gave me one side of pickles and onions so I guess they did a good job 🤣🤣🤣

This location is ass How do you place an order at 10 am Go to pick up up 30 minutes later and it's canceled due to items not available.

So I've returned after so many years and they screwed up again. HOT MUSTARD, they give honey mustard 🤦. Spicy chicken sandwich, they give me a mc chicken sandwich, and the cherry on top McRib... There was No sauce on the sandwich.
What the heck McDonald's!!! No wonder you're losing to Applebee's.
