If a half Star rating was available will have input it. Went to Mimi's after a long absence from this establishment. We left without eating our food. Sent back a baked potato which looked old and not what was ordered. The staff is friendly. Thus did not make up for bad food and drinks.

Excellent service food and price .. we got the 3 course plate it comes with salad 1 entree and a dessert .for 30.49 . Food was excellent I got the stuffed chicken with potatoes and green beans and for dessert the bread pudding I loved it . I also tried one dessert that’s look like Mexican flan .. 🍮 it’s was delicious too ..

Reservation was made which was useless. After arriving at schedule time was told it was still a 30-40 minute wait. Staff was clueless and showed no interest in assisting anyone. Service was chaotic to the point that they were arguing with each other about who was to serve the table. Food was generic, no taste just bland. Food was also over priced and un appealing. Staff showed no interest at all in customer service as well as presentation. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Applebees, Houlihans etc has better food selection, drinks and service. This was my first and last time I would ever eat at this place. Should not be allowed to be making reservations at OpenTable.

We made a reservation for 11am for Mothers Day brunch. Upon arriving on time, we were told it would be an hour wait for a table "as the 10am tables are still sitting." The place was packed with dozens of people waiting. Being made to wait after making a reservation is completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of making the reservation in the first place. Multiple people were in the same situation. Staff were polite but completely unapologetic about this bizarre and unfair policy. Expecting diners to sit at 10 and be done by 11 is obviously unsustainable. If your system cannot handle demand, then DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS. Will never frequent this chain again. Avoid avoid avoid.

We went for Mother's Day and it was a disaster! We had a reservation through open table - big mistake. We still had to wait 45 min, what was the purpose of a reservation. We left....
It was ok, we went on Easter Sunday and our table was ready and we were able to be seated immediately. Because it was Easter, we didn't get the regular menu. We had to choose from a very limited menu with a $35.00 price for each choice. There were some good choices, so everyone was able to find something that sounded good. When I got my food it was cold. I had the turkey dinner, with stuffing and mashed potatoes, but it was all very cold . I didn't want to say anything, but my husband told me later that his was cold too. We've always enjoyed breakfast at this location, but maybe we'll skip it on Easter.

Easter Sunday was extremely busy. The restaurant seated us 20 minutes after our reservation time after several reminders. Food service very slow and 2 dishes came out cold. The overall experience was average nothing notable.

We got there at 12:15 and they were taking other parties in and putting on booths that I requested (one). The a lady worker said it will be 15 min wait. We waited 15 mins with my kids. Then I just took it upon myself to tell them I had OpenTable reservation and they finally sat us.

Never coming back to this place. Zero stars for service. Kept us and a whole line of people getting takeout with appointments for pickup waiting over 40 minutes. Kept moving us around because we were in their way. Their mediocre food isn't worth it. Lesson learned. Don't tip in advance. Terrible, terrible experience.
