Mountain Mike's Pizza

I ordered over $150 pizza and chicken here, and when I ate it at home, I ended up with two long hairs. you guys need to train your employees well. Pizza is more expensive than other places, but if the quality is poor, no one will come here.

Overpriced and slow. $18 for their 10” and mediocre quality. Waited over 40 minutes for my pizza and literally the place was empty!

Good food and very good service. But their prices are RIDICULOUS. I went for my kids' fundraiser for school. But i will never go back, just because they are way overpriced. Which is a shame, because except for that, it's a great place. It was just me and my 5 year old daughter, who doesn't eat much. I spent over $50 for 1 pizza and 1 drink to share between us

While the food is good, I just can't get behind the prices. It's expensive! Even before, in the year 2018 I was hesitant to order here. However, I never had a bad experience.

Great pizza

Absolutely terrible people at this place. They were ignoring all of the customers as well as not answering their phones. It took over an hour to get a pizza in the store itself. I would like a manager to reach out to me as I have tried calling and no one answers the phone or hangs up on me.

Great place for family dinner or team get together. Food is always great, fast service and large TVs for sports and entertainment. Overall a great place to grab a great pizza.

I stopped here for lunch and the staff was so friendly! Savita was amazing. She was so kind. It was a weekend so the buffet was closed. She made a special pizza for me. I was on my lunch break they were so nice! I was very happy I stopped here and recommend to anyone who likes pizza and salad with a great staff :)

So there are two main issues at this store. The first is that the app never seems to work properly.

This might actually be an issue across multiple stores. Currently when using the app whenever I try to apply a coupon I get the error "Only one coupon can be in use at a time". I don't have any coupons applied and it won't let me apply any because of this error. The whole reason to use the app is that the prices are high and the coupons make it semi-bearable. With the app not working and no other source of coupons it is hard to justify the price.

The second main issue is staffing. There are never enough staff and the turnover rate seems to be astronomical. Today I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and I saw only two staff. One working front and one in the kitchen. This is just insane for a a Saturday. No wonder the turnover here astronomical. I'd leave too if I never had enough support.

Despite all this, somehow the food remains really good. So yeah food is excellent but management really needs to fix staffing issues.
