Homemade turmeric semolina cake topped with sesame, made out of natural ingredients.(2lb)

Knefe
Freshly baked roll stuffed with fresh cheese and drizzled with rose water syrup. (6 to 8 persons)

A mix of four cheeses.
Kebbeh croquettes(1dozen)
All natural beef croquettes made out of meat dough and bulgur. Filled with ground beef, chopped onions, pine nuts mixed in mediterranean spices.

Baked flatbreads topped with a mix of mediterranean herbs and olive oil.
Spinash pie. (1 dozen)
Mini baked spinash pie filled with onions,diced tomatoes, pine nuts and lemon juice.
Sambouseak pie (1 dozen)
Mediterranean pie filled with ground beef, onions and pine nuts.
