Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is probably the best Olive Garden in the area. The one in Ontario ranks 2nd. Look like management has taken the time to provide excellent training at this Chino location.

Had one of the best experience at this Olive Garden my waiter Bill did a fantastic job was very attentive and very welcoming. The food will stay the same pretty much at every restaurant but it's the way I was treated will definitely come back shout out to Bill. If you want a good experience definitely come to this Olive Garden and if Bill is your waiter you'll have a great time.

The food was good, but the service wasn't entirely to our liking.

This location smells like urine so bad. Like I just walked into a dirty bathroom. Its cold and rainy out and this place was freezing. Not inviting at all. Waited over 30 min for food that was only mediocre, I thought the Eastvale location was bad. This is right along with it, sadly. Won't return.

Their staff was amazing. Food was super hot and quickly served. New menu items, and we had a great conversation with their GM John. Oh, music was great as well. It should be a revist more often.

In a time of rising prices Olive Garden is a Great Deal. Their service is awesome, the food tastes great and it doesn't cost much to feed a family. We really enjoy their pastas, soups & salads. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.

Dated menu, expensive and very high calorie fattening desserts. Drinks are also expensive.

While some locations are better than others, it is still the same restaurant. The booths are fine if they are in a wide open area, but in this location, each section feels like a small room separated from the rest, and as a result, makes the booths claustrophobic and very tight.

This is not an ideal restaurant design for families and groups.

I had such a great experience at this Olive Garden thanks to our server, Zeah! She was super kind, patient, and on top of everything the whole time. You can tell she really cares about making sure guests feel taken care of. The food was great, but honestly, her service made the night even better. Olive Garden needs more people like her — she definitely deserves a raise!

Because of a recent illness, I must be careful about salt intake. Our server ( wish I would have written his name) was extremely kind and helpful in helping me with my selections. I’ll certainly return to this restaurant. Good food and excellent service!
