Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Because of a recent illness, I must be careful about salt intake. Our server ( wish I would have written his name) was extremely kind and helpful in helping me with my selections. I’ll certainly return to this restaurant. Good food and excellent service!

Sad to say we will never return to this location again. Made a reservation over the phone still had to wait passed the expected wait time. Ordered our drinks. Given one straw. Asked for a extra plate. Never came. Instead got someone else telling us our server went on a 10min break? No notice from our server. Our food came from a 3 person and guess what my order was wrong. They tried to bring me the food after my wife was practically done eating? Were is the logic in family dinner time with our child and waiting for my food? Manager Jessica came to apologize and gave wife's meal on the house. Asked if I wanted to take mine home I Explained to her they ruined our dinner time together and I no longer needed my meal. Was told there was a mix up in the back or with server. Didn't want to argue or get upset so instead leaving comments here so we can all learn from this experience. This location needs better service, and organization.

We watered for 30 minutes to be seated and 35 more minutes for food to start coming out to the table at this point I was just wondering what the heck we are doing here.

Let’s be honest they’re stingy with their staff that’s the truth. And it’s a big chain I don’t get why they are this way with their workers. Other restaurants put them to shame it’s sad

Love Olive Garden and this location been coming here for years but the only complaint I have is the service when seated at the bar. I recently had a server who didn’t pay attention to my table and was ignoring us. This also happened a couple months ago at the bar. I have a feeling it’s because my partner and I, we look very young and the servers might think we’re not worthy of their time. This is in no way trying to bash the restaurant just a consideration to the staff and servers to treat everyone the same.

The dinning experience was presented, the servers kind and attentive, and the food was good--plenty of leftovers. Not as authentic as some Mom and Pop restaurants but good nevertheless.

My Awesome Kid's Review: The food, ambiance, and service is wonderful! They have free breadsticks. They are light and airy. The calamari is served hot and crunchy with 2 sauces on the side. Their unlimited soup and pasta is just $14.99. My favorite is the Kid's Mac N' Cheese with the side of broccoli. It was so good I finished my plate. It's a good option for when you bring your kids. Their tiramisu is moist and creamy. Would 100 percent go back here again!

Before heading to the movies, had a great meal (and outstanding service) with my best friend here from out of town. We first tried sitting at a booth at the bar, but it was so freezing we ended up moving. So glad we did. We may have ended up with the best servers in the place!

I stuck with my favs and ordered the spinach artichoke dip for the appetizer and fettuccine Alfredo as my main entree. I went out on a limb for my drink and got the Strawberry Lemoncillo Margarita at the recommendation of our server, Lexi. I highly recommend it! It was so delicious, I ended up getting another one before leaving. 😂

Also, wanted to mention how shocked I was to find out the server with Lexi was in training (Claudia I believe her name was). She was so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It was her 2nd day and you definitely could NOT tell! She’s already a pro.

As much as we love Italian food and olive garden, but we were a little disappointed to see the chandeliers that are hanging over the tables that we are eating very dusty and felt disgusted. We appreciate it if you could clean them once in awhile. Thanks

Olive Green in El Chino City is a true culinary gem. The service is flawlessly attentive—graceful, warm, and deeply professional. This Olive Garden was pretty much in line with what you’d expect from the chain. One thing that stood out was the seating — the chairs at our table had definitely seen better days and didn’t feel very sturdy. Might be time for a refresh.

It was fairly busy when we went, but service held up well. Our server was attentive, especially when correcting a missing side of Fettuccine that was supposed to come with my entrée. I also noticed management making rounds, though they didn’t appear to be offering much support to the line staff — just my observation.

My family enjoyed their meals, and it was a solid outing overall. I usually stick with pasta, but I tried the Sirloin this time — unfortunately, it tasted a bit like freezer burn and was lacking in flavor. In hindsight, probably best to stick to what Olive Garden is known for.

Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.
