A bit disappointed with this visit.

We ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and cheese garlic bread. The pizza toppings tasted raw, which was not the case at other Pieology locations we’ve tried before. The garlic bread felt more like plain bread — hardly any cheese or garlic flavor.

Also, like many food chains these days, the portion sizes are smaller while prices are higher.

Overall, the experience wasn’t great

I liked their custom-made pizza. However, 1 of 2 custom made pizza was burnt. I don't appreciate how it got burnt, and they should be very careful while cooking it. Burnt dough or burnt toast is not good for health, and this should be taken care of well when packing the order for customers. I ordered these pizzas via DoorDash and already provided a claim to them. I would highly recommend their custom-made pizza rather than their signature pizzas. Garlic cheese bread - was...
