The girl working the window when I ordered a family meal let us know that our 12 piece meal would take 15-20 minutes to prepare, which is told her was fine. Once I got to the window to pay for the order the girl proceeded to let me know again that it would take 15-20 minutes to have our meal made and that we needed to park off to the side for them to bring our order out once it was done. Once again, I told her, "no problem." The order was placed at 7:04pm
My wife and I started an episode of Family Guy in the van, and we were hanging out waiting for the order. We finished the episode, still no food. I went inside at 7:25 and after watching the girl working the window texting on her phone not paying attention to anything else around her the manager took over the window while she did nothing to help any of her fellow associates. At 7:27 the guy working the counter informed me that they were, "just dropping the chicken." I'm not a chicken expert but I'm pretty sure that means they're just getting around to MAKING THE CHICKEN.
I didn't realize they had to raise the chicken before they could kill and cook the bird.
At 7:48pm we finally got our order.

Worst drive thru service I've experienced in many years. I ordered ahead but when I got there was told to park because part of the food wasn't ready yet. After 20-25 minutes of waiting I decided to pull into the drive thru again only to be told that they didn't even have the flavor I wanted and if I was ok with a replacement. I agree because at this point I'm just hungry and want to get out of here. I'm handed a bag with half the order cold and an inedible side of what can only be described as red beans & rice & water. At no point does the cashier bother to apologize for the wait or the inconvenience. I definitely won't be getting Popeyes from this location again any time soon.

Never again, gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with a tender as the patty with slime looking sauce & greasy bread. I waited for another one, they gave me the exact nasty sandwich. No apologies just attitudes, when I asked for a refund

HORRIBLE. Placed my order for 3 piece tenders at 8:10 for 8:20 pick up and when I got there was told there would be a wait. I got my food until 8:50 and was not given the sauce I had ordered and this is what my “tenders” looked like. CRAZY.

Second time I went there I had somebody's leftover chicken. It wasn't fresh but yet I had to wait for it.
I live on Edison so I stop by hoping one day they will get it together but I came to the point that I’m just never coming back again. They always seem to disappoint me. They touch food without gloves, they pass out old not fresh or hot chicken, the managers rude and feel like they don’t have to wear gloves! I walked in and seen the night manager touching my chicken with her barehands. This location is so disappointing! They need to be shut down. Every time I visit it upsets my stomach. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

Expensive, but their ghost pepper sandwich was really good. Shame they got rid of it.
