Terrible experience at this location. Ordered online and arrived to find them out of red beans and rice — had to cancel the whole order, which took nearly 10 minutes because the staff were completely unhelpful.
My pregnant wife was still craving something, so we tried again and placed a second order for mashed potatoes and added apple pies. Went to pick it up — out of apple pie.
Two orders, two missing items. This location either has the worst inventory management I've ever seen, or they simply don't care. Based on the other reviews here, it's not like they're overwhelmed with business. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Service sucks. No customer skills whatsoever by the employees. I stood at the counter for couple mins and multiple employees walked right past me and didn’t even make eye contact. I waited another minute and walked out. The gas station attendant was cool though

Everyone works very well, but I recommend having someone on duty to serve customers. There's a shortage of staff, and many customers arrive and no one attends to them; they just make a mess and prioritize the drive-thru.

Excellent, hot, fresh regular chicken. It is so good when they serve it fresh. Good sized pieces too. Part of the Shell Gas Station.

This place never made my order right, the app took order, but the store not making it, I always wait for 15 minutes or more to get my order, last night was worst, they said I need to wait 15 minutes to get my chicken, but not guaranteed it all spicy Never ever order from this store again

114/10 It's a small store inside the gas station with few seats. We order spicy chicken sandwitch, chicken tenders and fries. The chicken sandwitch is good quality, but the tenders are soggy, not crsipy... overall is good. The restaurant is clean, combining with convenience store. There is a restroom inside as well.
