I have held my tongue on this place for quite some time. I work local to the area and this is the closest Popeyes to me. Every single time I have went they forget atleast ONE thing.The first time: my biscuitSecond time: my honey for the biscuitThird time: my sweet and spicy sauce that goes on the side for my wings.The employees need to slow down and be sure everything is in the bag. I also need to be more aware and check my bag. It’s ridiculous. These meals aren’t cheap so it’d be nice for them to get it right.

This has got to be the worst place of any Popeyes in all of Southern California. They are always out of stock or don't have something available. It is ridiculous. I don't know who to blame? Management? Lack of staff? Bad luck I guess? This place is terrible. No wonder there are no drive thru traffic, customers just drove by the window because there are no food available!

Drive thru wasn’t working so was told to come inside.. this was one day after trying to order chicken and being told I have to wait 20 min to get my order.. I left! and now today I’m waiting again.. this location is seriously horrible.. such a bad name for the company.. get it together Popeyes!

The food is good, especially the nuggets, but, in this location. The only thing they can control, which is the temperature, they missed. The shrimp and chicken strips were overcooked. The service was good, the poor people do what they can because they can't move much, but not excellent. They have 3 tables because they share the premises with a 7eleven. And yet they were messy and dirty. Atmosphere? Which? We already said it is limited.Parking: Better use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Not really, I went with my grandchildren and we had to almost tie them up due to the limited space and distractions of being in a 7eleven.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to accommodate a wheelchair, space is limited. G.A.D. I don't use one, but I imagine.
Only complaint is that they ran out of shrimp and it was only 1:30 pm on a Friday (no meat for Catholics).

Ordered from popeyes tonight. Family 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes, a pepsi, and a half gallon sweet tea. Chicken was practically black and we only received 7 pieces. 4 of which were burnt wings. Pepsi had no ice and was warm. Mashed potatoes and sweet tea were missing too. It wasn't even close to the store being closed. Totally unacceptable. 65$ thrown right into the trash can.
