The most disgusting pork I have ever had in SoCal. The house special pot has a rich-flavored broth; however, the pork was not fresh at all and had a horrible, nauseating smell. For a restaurant that charges such ridiculous prices, serving ingredients of this disgusting and low quality is absolutely unacceptable. I seriously doubt this place follows even the most basic food safety and hygiene regulations. This is nothing but a complete rip-off. Never going back again.

I wouldn't leave any star if there is a choice, the food has piece of plastic in there, the service is bad attitude. Not recommended

We’ve been coming here for years and watching their prices increase overtime. Each pot is now at $19+, but the portions are still larger than Boiling Point.

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The staff barely looked at us, got our drinks wrong, and deliberately ignored us. Their attitude was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction.

What made it worse was that the behavior felt targeted. We were treated very differently from other customers, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and possibly discriminatory. Overall, extremely poor service and very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

The food is very good, but the service is bad, at least for me and my family. They make us feel inferior because we're always the last to be served and given a table. I don't know if it's because we're Latinos , a least i feel it like that

I wish I gotten the young tall waiter boy with the glasses name be he was VERY unprofessional on Saturday! Me and my bf and his lil sister decided to try a new place. When we were giving the check my boyfriend handed his card in the lil plate and when the tall water boy with the glasses came back with the receipt he ask my boyfriend if he had cash for the tip (my bf doesn't do cash tip he usually adds the tip on to his card) my boyfriend said no I don't have cash the waiter got upset and said something I didn't hear and literally grab all the receipts and walk away! Me and my boyfriend were so shock the way he got upset we didn't leave a cash tip! Like if he would've left the paper my boyfriend would have left a tip but because of his unprofessional behavior we said we are definitely not giving a tip now. I don't know why he got upset. I was actually piss about the way he even acted. So I got up to the check out table and ask for the manager and told her I wanted the papers because he got upset . She was nice and all but that kid was definitely out of pocket the way he acted. Will never eat here again and definitely won't recommend

A few days ago, I passed by Chino and found this place on Yelp — almost a thousand reviews and 4 stars, so I decided to give it a try.
After sitting down, I realized it’s run by Taiwanese people. After eating, I knew I’d definitely come back again.
The hot pot comes with lots of ingredients, and you can add your favorite extras. Lunch even includes a drink, and there are plenty of tasty night market-style snacks.
Left feeling full to the top of my head — totally satisfied!

Poor service , arrived at 12:40 noon with people waiting outside when there is plenty of empty table to be served. No reason for making people wait outside like it’s full house. Something is wrong with management policy for handling seating. This is second time this happened and both times we just go next door Noodle Street and got seated right away.

Good individual hot pots with decent options. I found myself really enjoying their popcorn chicken too. The crunch and crisp just provided the perfect contrast to a big pot of boiled meats and veggies. The place was blasting A/C which was great when we entered, but made the food cool down towards the end. The restaurant is pretty small, so you may have to wait. Overall solid place, and there’s even a small playground outside for the kiddos.

Amazing hot pot! Our go to hot pot restaurant in Chino. Fresh ingredients, delicious broths, and great service. Can't wait to go back! James Wang is here so it must be good.
