First time here and manager came out to greet the wife and I, that alone was outstanding and then food came and OMG food was delicious and im a burger guy but this burger is another leve and defently my top options from now on and that used to be Island Burger but this place took the fist place

I left knowing more of wait staffs conversations with one another then I'd need to know. "language ladies" Nice of chef or manager to check in on us. Our waitress and hostess were very professional and personable. Endless brocolli is always a reason to come to RR.

I couldn't order much on the menu because of my diet. Was able to get a house salad which was really super good.

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get inside with a wheelchair. But certain parts of the restaurant, was a little tough. Because of the transition divider on the floor. But did manage to work it out.

We come to Red Robin once a month as a family with my young son. Our service started out very rocky with the server. (incorrect order, slow service, argumentative) We expressed our concerns to Manager Stephen and he de-escalated and corrected the issue in a professional manner. We want to compliment Manager Stephen and Holly for their friendly and resolution orientated approach to our problem. We will return to Red Robin in Chino Hills as they have shown us that they do put the customer first. Excellent management. Thank you.
