I was here for Halloween and ended up being sat with Emma. Amazing. Once again just amazing service. She seemed to be doing everything all alone, never even saw a busser but man everything was on point. Super friendly. Great conversation. Great recommendations. This place isn't even close to me but I keep coming because service is stellar.

Food was good too. Vibes were immaculate other than some loud kids but it was Halloween you know what can you expect.

Trash cans in men's room overfilled, not cleaned. Carpet did not look clean.
Tables around us were not cleared and our empty drink glasses stacked up on our table.
Our waitress was very nice, but she may have been overextended.
Before we left I started to have stomach cramps and later had issues.

Red Robin staff thinks it’s okay to serve beer with ice and blames the cold glass for it 😂

Took my kid out for our weekly dinner and landed at Red Robin Chino. They surprised us with free sweet potato fries, I had the Mad Love Burger, and he went all-in with a burger, mac and cheese, and mozzarella sticks. The bill came to about $60 for the two of us—no kid discount that night—but the food was hot, service was friendly, and we left full and happy.

4tu time my order online was was messed up, wrong burger, super cold fries, forgotten items. Service is not what it used to he, I feel like no one is happy
