While dining at the establishment, I was asked To move my car because they were going to be performing plumbing work on the restaurant. I found this quite unprofessional as I have never been asked while dining to get up and move my car.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: It was the attitude given to me and the fact that I was in no way offered compensation for my meal that was the problem. I was made to feel pressured to rush. This is not acceptable in any way. The least that could have been done was to offer some form of compensation. The inital contact was not polite. I was made to feel pressured from the inital contact from the employee. He was conveying to me his stress over the situation.

We had high hopes for Riverside Bar and Grill after hearing great things, but our experience was disappointing. Someone came by after 5 minutes to let us know that the menu could be accessed by scanning the QR code on the table. After that, we were completely ignored. We sat for another 25 minutes watching other tables receive service—drink orders taken and drinks served—while no one came back to check on us. Frustrated, we eventually got up and left. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. We hope the management can improve their service, as the atmosphere seemed nice, but we can't recommend it based on our visit.

Service kind of sucks, and the place is as cozy as a utility closet. Food's pretty good though. The bald man who waited on us seemed pissed and distracted, while the kinder older gentleman with glasses picked up the slack since baldy just stopped waiting on us.
