Asked to sub jalapeno poppers for cheese sticks or potato wedges since it was for kids....manager said no. Clearly they dont care to accommodate children at this overpriced pizza place. Cheese sticks and taters cost less than cheese poppers so it makes ZERO sense!!!! Never coming here again!!!

I’ve been going to this Roundtable for over five years. I’m always treated very nicely and the food was very good today. I tried to order my regular order with my senior discount was told I could no longer get it so now I’m gonna go with that food and they’re not gonna get my business. I was asked to contact you and the email doesn’t work! Ask the girl who answered the phone yesterday about one pm! I told I was going to leave a bad review. Then check your computer I’m in it for previous orders.

I called Round table in Chino and ordered the double play pepperoni promotion I seen on Instagram as I did in the past. The female on the phone informed me stated they did not have a Large double play pizza promotion so I ordered a medium Pizza. When I arrived I asked a male employee about the double play promo and showed him the Instagram promo and he stated they do have a Large double play Pizza deal. He asked the female Mangar for assistance and she stated to me that she didn't know there was a double play promotion. She asked me if I wanted to cancel the medium and order the Large Pizza. When I stated yes, she was upset. My wife and I got home and looked at our Pizza half of the Pizza did not have the double play toppings. My wife and I never had an order issue at this location before and we believe the female manager was a big part of the order issue..

There was a homeless person in the women's restroom. They were leaning all over the sink area. When my God son went to wash his hands, the person would not even move over.
We ordered all vegetables pizza. Excellent. The only concern is their prices are high.
