Food was good but not great for the price. They have gotten so expensive it is no longer a place I would frequent. The only thing they have that is worth the trip for me are the mojos. But the prices are so high for what you get, they are no longer worth it.

Was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received, when we sat down to wait for our food, the cashier Alex came over and she offered to bring us ranch or any other condiments we needed.
She kept checking on us throughout our time there. When our pizza arrived, there was a topping missing, the cook came over and apologized and made a fresh pizza right away.
Then later during our meal, the manager came over to check on us a couple of times also. They seemed to have a sense of urgency when it came to customer service, it was unexpected but very refreshing to see.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I never felt rushed, and their attentiveness struck the perfect balanceāpresent without ever being intrusive. My server, Marissa, was fantastic. She not only suggested great new menu items when I asked but also offered a drink refill before I even realized I needed one. Iām visiting from Las Vegas, and I have to say, Shakeyās Pizza Parlor blew me away! We donāt have Shakeyās back home, but after this experience, Iāll be stopping by every time Iām in California.
A huge shoutout to Marisa, the manager, who made the visit unforgettable. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure guests had a great time. Itās rare to find customer service that feels this sincere. Marisa went above and beyond and truly elevated the entire experience.

I used to enjoy coming here, but the service has gone completely downhill. The staff was rude and inattentive, but the real issue was the manager. When we tried to resolve an issue, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. Good customer service starts at the top, and it is clearly missing here. We won't be back.
