I usually do take out, but we decided to sit down this time, We had really good service and the food was great food. Marissa the manager was sweet and friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed. We will start Dining in more often

I had a great experience during my visit! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. A big shoutout to Marissa, the manager, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly nice, polite, and really took the time to help me figure out what I wanted. Her customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m a late-comer to the Shakey’s experience and didn’t grow up having the nostalgia like some people mention. However, I’ve come to enjoy Shakey’s, specifically the one on Philadelphia in Chino (Chino-Ontario border). The manager Mario is super friendly and accommodating and all the staff are always pleasant every time we’ve been. We’ve gone a few times for the “Bunch of Lunch” and it’s a great deal. The fried chicken is amazing! I don’t know what they use...
