The worst customer service we ever received in a restaurant. The lady who I think she was the manager she is the rudest person I ever came across in a customer service. If this was my restaurant t I would have fired her for the way we were treated. We will never ever go and spend a $1 in this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.
This was the best teppanyaki spot in the inland empire. I was blown away by the food and show. Alex was our chef and he was amazing. There was a special sirracha he made for us that was the best I have ever had. The resturant is very cute inside and my family had a blast.

We took our son to dinner for his birthday and had an enjoyable time at Shima. We had reservations and arrived a little early and seated right away. Our chef was very lively and put on a great show. The food was outstanding. They were pretty full so the noise level was pretty load and it was a little difficult to hear out chef. Overall a very nice place to eat.
