Yum another place for a quick ramen to go. This is my go to place instead of Yoshiharu ramen. They are more prepared for to go, because since the beginning when they opened their doors, they operated just like fast food ramen place.I always ordered Calikata ramen to go. Now, I used to complaint that the noodle are just too hard when I ate them there. Now, with to go order, after heating the noodle and the soup again, the noodle firmness is just about right. For the chasu, microwave it again, it will melt in your mouth yum... or if you have a cast iron skillet, heat it up and wait about 90 secs, throw your chasu for 30 seconds, 15 seconds each side... Oh man... it's that good. Alright, I am going back there to order to go my Calikata ramen.

I dine in this lovely place many times a year! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot routinely. The meals are very tasty, the workers are friendly and the payment is good. I enjoy going in this place over a decent lunch.

I was looking for a strip joint when I randomly came across this place. I decided to try this place out because I thought the name was so clever. I tried the spicy miso. It did not disappoint! I highly recommend.

I really enjoy coming to this place. I tried the spicy miso ramen. I liked it so much I even drank all the leftover soup broth in my bowl!

The staff here really provided excellent customer service. So much so that I grabbed food from all over the food hall and decided to sit here and eat at their counter. I got to watch them work their magic in the kitchen! Now the ramen is really good, but, I did not like the JFC bowl. I wouldn't buy it again. The ramen was enough to fill us up all on its own. The black garlic ramen was good, but, the spicy miso was even better.

Friendly staff, prompt service. It was pretty quiet when we visited for lunch, but the noodles were fresh and the broth was delicious. Went because of the name, definitely wasn't disappointed by the experience. Hope to come back soon.

Ive been wanting to go to cravings by 99 ranch for a while now. I'm sooo glad I did! This ramen spot is crazy good! I'm sad that I don't live in this area because I can't stop thinking about this ramen lol. The broth is so flavorful and the noodles have the perfect chew. You don't expect to get this type of food from a stand in the grocery store but I promise you won't regret it.

So I was finally able to give it a try, after going there twice and they were not even opened. Bare in mind I tried going there on a Mon and Wed, both times at around 2pm, and both times they were closed. But look at the sign that I took a picture of, I was there during the time they're supposed to be opened. I decided to give it another try, this time in the evening. Didn't want to write a review without trying the food. I have tried many Ramen shops in my life. I would give this place not even half a star if I could. The soup was luke warm. The noodles weren't cooked long enough. The egg was terribly cold, if the soup was hot enough it would have warmed the egg up. They could've cut open the egg also... Whomever was cooking sure did a terrible job. If you are thinking that maybe they were busy, they were not, I was the 2nd customer there. This bowl of ramen, in my opinion wasn't worth half the money I paid. I had ordered the "CALIKATA" ramen and added a egg + extra noodles. ~~~$14.87. I should have just gone to the Japanese market and buy ramen noodles and gone home to cook it. It would've been way better then wait they are selling. Save your money people this place isn't worth it. I should've known better when they didn't even care about opening during their opening hours. What made me think they would care about making decent bowl of ramen.

Im gonna be honest. The person (server/host/cashier) who helped us was very nice and attentive which is why I gave the 3 stars. Minus 2 stars because honestly the noods werent worth the hype. I honestly can say, I've had better ramen. Their ramen wasnt that special tbh. And whats worse is that the ramen came out....warm? Like there wasnt any steam coming from my bowl. I didnt need to blow my noods before eating. Idk, i prefer my noods hot, like steaming hot.

Showed up at 11 right when they opened today (a Friday) and Dylan pushed the fried octopus balls our way as an appetizer. Super bomb and filling as an appetizer. Went very well with the fried tempura shrimp bun I got a few stalls over. Yummy, rich and tasty as yo mama. Dylan was cool and helpful and I'll be back to try more. I think going to any of these stalls at opening and not on a weekend is key.

Miso ramen. Took about 15 minutes to come out but well Worth the wait. Service was speedy & friendly. I tried the spicy version in the past and it was just as comforting and flavorful. Very tasty. The broth is a bit creamy and paired well with the ramen. 2 pieces of pork, the easy hard boiled egg was a perfect addition to my bowl of miso ramen. No line on a Monday afternoon around 1:30 pm.
