Very sweet girls and they always make my coffee, right. I appreciate the good customer service.
I bought a cold matcha and didn’t drink out of it until I hit to work. By the time I got to work it only had half a cup due to it mostly being foam. I went back to ask for a remake at a different location but they wouldn’t do it so I went back to this location and the manager didn’t want to do it. I’m disappointed that their customers don’t matter to them. I have spent so much money buying Starbucks drinks, food and gift cards but after this I’d rather go somewhere else. Remaking a drink isn’t going to break them.

This place has a terrible customer service. I placed an order around 3:20 pm on Monday September 30th (during my lunch time), I wasted half of my lunch time waiting for my order when it was sitting there the entire time, but no one ever called my name, and when I asked for my order they had an attitude towards me. Finally, after asking a couple of ladies they realized my order was always there. They should all go back to receive a customer service training.
