I bought a cold matcha and didn’t drink out of it until I hit to work. By the time I got to work it only had half a cup due to it mostly being foam. I went back to ask for a remake at a different location but they wouldn’t do it so I went back to this location and the manager didn’t want to do it. I’m disappointed that their customers don’t matter to them. I have spent so much money buying Starbucks drinks, food and gift cards but after this I’d rather go somewhere...
Natalie was super great with her customers service our order was handled with great care and she really just uplifted our day and spirite !! Thanks Natalie you deserve everything great that comes your way ❣️.
Very good customer service, Angelo was very friendly. The whole staff today was very nice and I will definitely be back! Best customer service I seen from Starbucks In a while they all seem happy to be here.
