Wow, not very nice people. No, hello or how can I help you. I even tried to tip the guy, and he pulled his jar as if I was going to take it. I felt as if he was thinking I was going to steal his tips. Definitely felt discriminated. Then, a few white girls came in, and he was very nice to the group.

Barista’s asked for my name to write on my order did not call it out loud enough when it was ready enough to hear to with all the other people there. In addition, I ordered bacon egg bites and I ended up with egg whites. One of the four didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic about their job.

I usually come here every Friday. But today when I went and I got a venti hazelnut shaken espresso. It wasn't filled all they way and it had way too much ice. I barely got any coffee because of the ice and how full the cup was.

Had a terrible experience at this location today. A barista who was at the register at around 8:30 am, treated my wife and 4-year-old daughter with complete disrespect. My wife was teaching our daughter to count using dollar bills, and the barista not only had a rude attitude but even attempted to grab the money from my child’s hands to put it in the tip jar, making her visibly nervous. To top it off, they made our drink with bad manners and didn’t even prepare it as ordered. Completely unacceptable behavior.

This starbucks is MILES ABOVE the one on Schaefer and euclid...the service at mtn and riverside is so much better, they fill their drinks and make them right. I never have to wait unlike other locations

Barely a glance from the male (curly hair)/female(green/black hair) baristas, not a hello welcome but they had time to laugh and talk to there friends that were on the side of the counter. Not even an acknowledgment when I said thank you when I grabbed my drink. I paid for a drink but basically got just ice.

Thanks for not talking to me I prolly have nothing to say…. Other then I paid for a cup full of ice with a little bit a oak milk tasted like cereal milk zero coffee flavor very bad drink waste of money thanks a lot I even ordered it light ice maybe they cannot read
Parking: Busy parking lot a lot of homeless hangout here and at the gas station lock your cars
Would give them zero STARS customer service here is underperforming waited in line for 5 minutes. They just looked at me didn’t even acknowledge that I existed. Finally, I said can I get some help and the person that was taking the orders for the drive-through finally was able to help me..
