The costumer service here is so bad.Every time I come I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it always has the same outcome. They don’t greet you and hardly make eye contact. They hand you the order as if you’re bothering them. I definitely prefer to drive a little farther for better service

Should have been super quick right?? Wrong!!! Like how did this turn into a 15 min order? Seriously? Anna the barista needs to know how to multitask and prioritize things. Needs a little more training IMO. Like if I’m already patiently waiting for my pound cake that she can simple just take out and don’t even need to do anything to it. Instead of that… ignored me and does some sort of drink frap thing. Like common. Multitask. Get the lemon loaf cake and drop it off on your way to make your drink. Simple. But i guess not that simple for ANNA… and wait there was basically no one in there. Bad service like always.

I use this place a lot. And I have had a few issues in the last year with my drinks not being done correctly. Barista's are always friendly but execution have had a couple of issues. I almost always use the drive thru.

Bought drinks. And had to use restroom, i was informed that it was employee only. So, guess I will be deleting my Starbucks app and boycott them. They will take our money and want higher pay. But we are not allowed to use the restroom. BOYCOTT.

It's horrible that after ordering food I had to use restroom and they said they don't have a restroom available. Every facility that sells hot food should have restroom. If you are eating your digestive system activates and there is a high chance customers are gonna need to use a restroom. This is why I gave this restaurant a bad review, now I have to leave with my food and drive around finding a place that has restroom and that will allow me to use use it . This is so annoying will not return to this facility. 😒 👎 😑

Nothing wrong with the service but logistically this store is a nightmare. The drive thru line backs up into the street, and it's always busy. Inside is usually empty but they have zero chairs, nothing outside either. So everyone leans against the wall. Now I remember why I don't like this one

Visited Starbucks 12150 Central Ave Chino last night at about 7:15 PM. Ordered three drinks (2 medicine balls and gingerbread latte). They were out of the medicine ball/citrus mint tea . I was going to order cake pops as well. I don’t visit Starbucks a whole lot, but I remember a couple years ago cake pops used to be cheaper if you ordered 3, so I ordered 3. I immediately saw the price was $3.25 each so I asked the employee taking my order “aren’t they cheaper if you order 3?”. She told me no, so I asked her to remove 2 of the cake pops. She then gave me my total and as I was still at the speaker box, I heard her say in a mocking voice “oh, I thought they were 3…”, and then her voice cut out. She hadn’t realized that her headset was still on!
Clearly, she was communicating with someone else in the store, making fun of the fact that I thought it was cheaper for three cake pops. Since I was still at the speaker box, I asked “are you talking crap?”…no response.
I then drove up to the window and was ignored for a full minute until finally the woman opened the window, and I asked her “Are you the one that took my order?” She said yes. (Her name is Lina) I asked “What’s up with that?”, to which she responded “ well me and my coworkers always got a lot of customers who always ask for discounts that are not really discounts.” I told her her job is customer service. Take my order, provide me with excellent customer service and complete my order. That’s it. Totally unprofessional. I asked for her manager and she said his name was James, but was not in. I asked for the next person in charge and she said her shift supervisor was on break. I did have my passenger videotape our interaction with Miss Lina.
We decided to leave the Starbucks and go a few miles away to another Starbucks instead. The other Starbucks on Holt and San Antonio had the citrus tea and provided excellent service.
Will I stop going to Starbucks? No I will still continue going every now and then but I will definitely avoid this particular Starbucks in CHINO on Central and Philadelphia.

Drinks are great but they take way too long. I waited 35 minutes in line.
The associates were great unfortunately, this is another one of these Starbucks that eliminated all seating and restrooms. Not with Starbucks used to be and not what it should be. Discourage everyone from patronizing these kind of Starbucks. It's too much money to be treated like an ATM machine, in and out.
