Terrible customer service, just went through the drive thru right 11/26/25 @ around 5:20 pm. I’m mentioning this because I didn’t get to see the employees name. We got to the window to receive our order and they took a long time while laughing and chatting. They were rude when we simply asked for a cup holder. To be specific it was the younger shorter teen with curly/wavvy . He didn’t say anything when he rudely gave us the cup holder so I told them thank you and to have a good night but we were completely ignored. I’ve never had the need to type a review but here I am . The most DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. I will also make sure to never recommend this Starbucks to anyone I care about. There a plenty of Starbucks around please go to any other one besides this one .

This location takes 20mins in the line , I got to the window and my drink is sweating cause it’s been siting there! Bs , the employees need to pick up the speed! Other starbuck locations are fast! And sadly this is the closest one to me .
I recently went to grab a drink and some lady and I was chilling on in the lobby talking to my fellow co-worker. Some lady came up to us that was of hispanic as well , She claim she didn't want us in her store and wanted us out because of our race. She spoke it in english first and wanted to claim she was fully american. She later spoke spanish and told us to get out.
I'm a United States Navy Veteran that deployed on the USS Dwight D Essienhower in 2021 to the middle east . I didn't expect to come home to a country that would hate our kind of people. I fought for freedom and I guess It was for nothing. Ashamed of this location and how I was treated. Never going or supporting another starbucks again

I go here very often, it’s usually great however Damian on September 3rd around the 0310 in the morning was extremely rude. It was a mobile order, they didn’t open the drive thru until around 0308, when he walked out of the store to open the drive thru I asked if the lobby was open, he rudely answered NO, I Had already placed A mobile order and I could see my drink being ready, several cars were in the drive thru And considering they were Late to open the drive-through I figured I could just grab my drink from him, but he left no room for further questions with his poor customer service. When I approach the window to pick up my order, he took his time to even open the window, he noticed it was me, the same person he was rude to and he chose to continue to be rude, I don’t know why I triggered him or if that’s his usual entitled demeanor. He opened the drive thru window, no greeting no eye contact, he simply sticked his hand out with my drink, I was upset at that point and snatched the drink out of his hand. I’m sure all this can be proven on surveillance cameras. It left such a bad taste and I’m afraid to go back and having the need to interact with him again. I’m usually the bigger person and I try to avoid conflict but this Starbucks is the only one open at 3am sadly.

Honestly if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. Both google and apple maps say that this store closes at 12am. I came at 11:50am rushing to get there to get ONE drink and they already had their lobby AND drive thru closed. I tried to open the door to the lobby and call but the workers just looked at me and laughed. Absolutely horrible service and if you’re going to say you close at 12am then i expect a place to close at 12am not sooner. wasted 20 minutes of my time to drive to this starbucks cause it was the only one “open” only to find out that they had closed early just because it seemed the workers felt like it. 0/10 experience wow.

The costumer service here is so bad.Every time I come I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it always has the same outcome. They don’t greet you and hardly make eye contact. They hand you the order as if you’re bothering them. I definitely prefer to drive a little farther for better service
